The apartment is located on the last of three floors (no lift) of a 19th century building in the old town centre, at walking distance from the most important museums. Recently renovated with comfortable furnishings, this 85 sqm flat consists of living room with dining area, a small kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 double bedrooms. A short staircase leads up to an attic with another bathroom and a divan bed for only one person. Another staircase, from the living room, reaches a terrace with an outstanding view of the Cathedral, Giotto's Bell Tower and a complete prospect of the city.It is also near the "flea market" and the historic food market of Sant'Ambrogio and is to be found in a lovely, typical area of Florence abounding in craft shops and local restaurants.
