Hillside is situated within our 3.5-acre croft, in the township of Roskhill 4 Km outside the village of Dunvegan.

Come and get away from it all and relax in comfort and style in our self-catering cottage on the Isle of Skye.

The area provides a wealth of activities for the outdoor enthusiast, photographer, cyclists or for those wanting to simply chill.

Spectacular scenery all around with the Cuilllin mountain range, magical sunsets and unpolluted starry skies all viewable from the croft.

Dunvegan offers the visitor a wide variety of things to do with centuries of history and beautiful wildlife on the doorstep.

Look out for Sea Eagles, Golden Eagles and Buzzards soaring the sky above the house.Local shops, pubs, and restaurants are only 4Km away

Once you have arrived and settled, I will pop in to make sure you are happy and know how to use tv, cooker etc. Then I will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. I'm only a whattsapp/email away if you have any questions or would like any information. Please note mobile phone signal is not always possible from the house and you will find it comes and goes throughout the whole of the island.

Just returned from a short stay at Hillside. Lovely cottage in great location for visiting Skye. Cottage in a quiet and peaceful location with everything you could possibly want to keep you comfortable. Warm and cosy to return to after days out exploring the beautiful countryside. The cottage owner made us feel very at home and even provided some maps for local trail running which we enjoyed very much.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
