With a superb location this modern 4 Bedroom dormer style house on the outskirts of the village will offer you all the facilities of home. Set in a small private development of 8 houses you have ample parking space for up to 3 cars with the garden surrounded by a stone wall. A real plus for the house is that you can walk to everything (Golf/Beach/Shops/Pubs/Hotels etc...) in less than 5 mins literally.

No matter what type of holiday you wish to experience we are sure that this beautiful region will cater for your needs. Whether its fishing, golfing (we are right beside Dunfanaghy Golf course), walking on mile long undisturbed sandy beaches (again, right beside us), Horse riding (literally 2 mins walk away) or simply chilling out over a nice meal and a few drinks in the village we are sure you will not be disappointed.

The house is also suitable for those wishing to use it as a base to explore the Northwest region of Ireland.

Electric shower in upstairs bathroom with Power shower downstairs.
There is also a landing area upstairs where children (and adults) can watch Freeview T.V. Freeview with built in DVD also available downstairs.

“Location, Location, Location!”

We are keen walkers, particularly hill walking. This house is ideally located to access some of the best hill walking that Donegal has to offer - Horn Head, Muckish, Melmore Head, Glenveagh, Bloody Foreland and many more. For the less adventurous, there are plenty of low level walking opportunities too, including the superb, long Dunfanaghy beach the Famine Walk and Tramore Strand. The village of Dunfanaghy has everything you could want just a stroll away - shops, pubs, hotel, take-aways and a thriving local atmosphere. We found the house with no trouble and found it to be immaculately kept. In fact we thought that the photos on the site did not do it justice! The golf course is a short walk away alongside the beach which is even closer - on the sand within 2 minutes. We can thoroughly recommend this house which can sleep many more than the two of us. It has two bathrooms - one up, one down - so we didn't even have to go upstairs. We would go back again on our next trip to Donegal.

The scenery in this part of Donegal is breath-taking. The house is ideally located on the edge of the village of Dunfanaghy, two minutes walk from the golf course. Horse-riding, surfing, kayaking and other water sports are all available. The house is lovely – bright, beautifully decorated and really well-equipped. The beach is at the end of the small cul-de sac of 5 houses. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely book this house again.
