From the owner

The villa is a luxury 6 bedroom villa set in its own landscaped grounds with a private pool and bar. All rooms are ensuite with a master jacuzzi and double shower.5 bedrooms have private balconies and all are airconditioned with upscale furnishings and individual artwork in each room.

The penthouse sleeps 6 with a 4 poster, 2 childrens alcove beds and a double bed settee.

Two more king size bedrooms with full bathroom ensuites and two twins with ensuites shower rooms.

The large sunbathing terrace has 12 sunbeds, cushioned with a covered bar seating 12 and it has a BBQ, shower, fridge and wifi plus a sound system. There is a Sat TV DVD ipod players and a fully equipped kitchen

In 2013 the lounge was enlarged to include dining table for 12 plus new comfortable seating for 12 and a 50" flat screen tv with dvd library

The outside terracing was enlarged plus the bar area covered

Garden has mature lemon orange and fig trees plus a breeding pair of storks nest at the bottom of the garden between May and August - 3 chicks this year successfully reared and flew to Morocco for the winter

How do damage deposits work?
