Icod de los Vinos Old stone house with wooden ceilings and attic, ideal for a family holiday or a couple, the house of 75m2 has 2 bedrooms for maximum 6 people, the kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, bathroom With shower and a living room with fireplace and digital satellite TV, the house is very bright and cozy, has a porch with dining room and wooden pergola, under a plum, next to the barbecue area, is provided with a garden and solarium With hammocks and umbrellas, you can enjoy in our farm the tranquility and privacy well away from mass tourism, in a protected Natural Park, CUEVA DEL VIENTO and with a dreamlike view over the sea, and the mountain, at the foot of the National Park Teide, and Icod de los Vinos, the city of the ancient dragon. The house has been recently restored and has a Of 75 m2. And is located in the center of a farm of 3000 m2, surrounded by gardens with fruit trees and vineyards, where you can enjoy the quiet privacy and rest, light an outdoor barbecue and warm up on the less warm days in front of the fireplace , In the lounge in front of the TV comfortably sitting in your armchair, reading a book, have a coffee or tea relaxed, have fun playing the balls. Efectivamente , NUESTRA casa en finca SAN PABLO, ESTÁ situada en un lugar privilegiado , parque nacional protegido de CUEVA del viento. Donde podrá disfrutar de su encanto y la tranquilidad que ofrece su ubicación , rodeado de plena naturaleza, donde pasar unas estupendas VACACIONES tanto de montaña o playas de arena negra , con una temperatura media TODO el año de aproximadamente 20' , para nosotros como PROPIETARIOS es un placer ATENDERLES en nuestra finca , nuestro compromiso es su tranquilidad y QUE TODO ESTE DE SU GUSTO, NOS preocupamos muchos de los detalles , para que ESTANCIA sea de LO MÁS agradable , siempre estamos mejorando y procuramos QUE USTEDES que han decidido HOSPEDARSE EN NUESTRA casa , Se encuentren cómodos y disfruten de UNAS VACACIONES estupendas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raquel / Alberto (the owner) a message.

If Raquel / Alberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
