Elegant studio apartment on the ground floor renovated in central position beside the Cathedral. Minimum stay 3 nights.Inside a building it enjoys absolute tranquility is served every comfort for a pleasant stay. It is located on the ground floor is easily accessible to persons with mobility problems. It is equipped with heater, air conditioner, TV LED and unlimited WIFI service. Sleeping area with a double bed sized 160 x 190 with the possibility of adding an extra single bed on request.Area comprising a comfortable kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The bath has extra large shower equipped with a retractable seat for sitting and support handle, washbasin, bidet, wc with support handle and is equipped with hairdryer, shower curtains and towels. The apartment is equipped with ironing board and laundry drying rack. Finally has a washer - dryer and for children is available cot, high chair and changing table.You will be offered fresh fruit, juices,tea, coffee and snacks for a small breakfast at home.Underground parking (fee) is 400 meters from the house (in front of the Museum of the Violin). Paid parking to hours in the immediate vicinity. Free parking spaces about 800 meters in the area Railway Station and Bus Station (about 10 minutes on foot).It is offered free pick-up service by car from the train station or from the car park to the apartment by telephone arrangement. In any case, the check in has to be preceded by a telephone agreement because I do not reside in the same building.They are available for guests maps and tourist information guides of events and artistic attractions in the city and surrounding area.If you want, you can request the use of bicycles to explore every corner of the city or for a romantic ride on the banks of the River Po, 10 minutes away from home.The apartment is located in the center of Cremona next to Piazza del Duomo, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy.Very close to home there are restaurants, bakery, bars and piadineria. Large supermarket 200 meters away from home.Near the places of interest of the town and within easy walking distance: a step away from Piazza del Duomo and the historic streets Mercatello and Solferino, 400 meters from the Museum of the Violin.The city of Cremona is a 1-hour drive or train ride from Milan. Just 20 km away you can visit the famous "Places of Verdi".They are allowed, by prior arrangement, dogs and small cats.smoking is allowed.Check in from 15.00 to 21.00Check out from 7.00 to 11.00

How do damage deposits work?
