Description

This immaculately-maintained detached villa (201 sq meters) with views of Lanzarote is located in the tranquil village of Villaverde. It is approximately a 12-minute drive to the Corralejo resort and similar distance to the lovely beaches of El Cotillo and the Corralejo natural park.

All on one level, it comes with 4 bedrooms two of which are en-suite with walk-in showers, toilet, and basin. There is also an additional walk-in shower room with toilet and basin and also a separate guest toilet. All bedrooms have ample storage and the master bedroom has a dressing room. All rooms are fitted with best-quality double-glazed windows and doors (the main bedrooms have doors that lead directly to the pool.

The lounge and dining area is open plan which includes a sumptuous red couch/chaise longue and top qulaity Samsung entertainment system including a 49 inch curved TV. Air Conditioning is available in the main living area at an additional charge of 50 Euros per stay. Please advise if you wish to include this option when booking.

The property has large ceiling beams throughout plus ceiling fans with lights in every room. The kitchen features granite work tops and attractive built-in cupboards, electric ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, integral dishwasher, microwave, delonghi nespresso machine/kettle/toaster and lighting under cupboards plus double grazed door leading to the terrace.

It also has a 10 metre (one of the longest available) heated swimming pool with 2 under water lights, insulation cover with roller, filter and timer, which is over looked by a large outdoor covered area which gets lovely morning sun for your outdoor breakfast, there are 3 other seperate terrace areas with non-slip tiles to catch the sun or shade as required. There is an outside glazed wall to one of the terraces which gives wonderful views of Corralejo and the island of Lanzarote. To the East the upper section of Escanfraga (the highest mountain in Northern Fuerteventura) can be seen. The terrace areas come with a comprehensive set of chairs, tables, loungers and umbrellas.

Built on a 1100m2 plot and totally enclosed with large electronic remote controlled gates, the gardens outstanding feature are the 12 very large fan palm tress (which gives the villa is name in Spanish Doce Palmeras) the garden also has a wide variety of mature plants including bougainville, hibiscus, adelfa, numerous cacti, aloe and other tropical plants, the garden also has a variety of fruit trees including apple, apricots, grapes, pears, figs, and mangos.

Other features include:

Air conditioning unit in the large lounge (extra).

Utility room with a quality washing machine and dryer and full ironing facilities.

Dusk to dawn lights in entrance pillars outside front entrance and on the shed at rear of the property.

Other outside lights to four terraces including.

Two immersion heaters which supply the hot water.

The property is in a private and quiet location, but there are 5 very good resturants, 2 bars, 1 supermarket, 1 shop, 1 cafe / bakery and 1 hardware store that are within easy walking distance from the property.

Please be AWARE that there are new laws in Fuerteventura with regard to holiday rental properties. All holiday rentals must have a tourist licence, Casa Doce Palmeras licence number is VV-35-2-0000681.

24 hours before guests arrieve the owner has to send the Guardia Civil the names and passport details of all guests over the age of 16 who will be staying at the villa.

“Lovely Villa in a nice central location”

This Villa was in the upmarket area of Villaverde which is 20 minutes drive to Correlejo / The Airport and the coast. The Villa is well equipped with everything you should need for a large family. The Outside area looks small but there are various areas outside the rear gateS to spread out into if you need more space. I would suggest you add onto the instructions reverse into the drive before you arrive at the villa, we had a big car and had fun trying to get into the drive, reversing in would have solved the fun we had !! Lovely pool area and covered patio.. Bathrooms were all excellent with brilliant showers with plenty of power. One air con unit keeps the house cool with the help of the ceiling fans.. Overall perfect villa in a great location.
