FOR FAMILIES : Fab secure and safe large rear garden with shaded pergola dining area overlooking pool. New Mega Supermarket 5 mins walk. Villa also includes complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, Travel Cot , High Chair, Steriliser and Food Blender. For the little ones outside there's a play house, scooter, slide and push motor bike. For the older ones, there's also a lovely 9 hole par 3 golf course is 10 min walk!

VILLA OVERVIEW : A Fantastic 'Detached' 3 Bedroom Villa with 'en-suite' is available to rent in Corralejo on the beautiful Canarian Island of Fuerteventura. The Villa has a very peaceful and relaxing ambience and a lovely rear garden with a private pool (20foot x 10foot) with 'Roman End Steps' for easy access. The garden is south facing and catches the sun all day long, perfect to relax with a nice glass of Spanish wine.
This large Villa (1200sq ft) has 1 double bedroom (en suite) and 2 large twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have double doors leading onto balconies with stunning views of the Sea. There is a large rooftop terrace for the serious sunbather which has amazing unobstructed views of the Sea. Fans are supplied in ALL the bedrooms (Air con available for an extra charge and must be requested in advance)

POOL & GARDEN : Double doors from the living room lead out to the large rear garden which has a fantastic private pool 10foot by 20 foot (pool heating optional). The garden is finished off with non-slip grass and has plenty of room to sunbath - loungers provided. There is a six seater dining table and fab stone BBQ facilities so you can dine 'al fresco' and enjoy this wonderful climate in absolute comfort. The rear garden is totally enclosed and private with a 6 foot high wall and fence surrounding it - very secure for kids. We also have a kiddie slide and basket ball practice net in the garden (see pic). To the front of the Villa there's a lovely landscaped garden with driveway and spectacular views of the sea.

KITCHEN : The Kitchen is very modern and well equipped with everything you will need from a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven and grill, 4 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and food blender.

LIVING/TV ROOM : The Living/TV room is very stylish with a bright large open plan design. There's a 32'' SONY LCD flat screen TV and DVD player with Satellite Channels, including BBC, RTE, Sky movies and Sky Sports, an i-phone docking system and a separate CD music system. The living room has a large, comfortable L-shaped Sofa complimented by another stylish white leather sofa. There's also a 6 seater dining table. For the kids there is a wide selection of DVDs, CDs and the Disney Channel.

BEDROOMS : There are 3 bedrooms, one large 'en suite' with a King size bed with a Juliet style balcony off it with amazing views of the Sea, Lanzarote and the Island of Los Lobos.
There are two large twin bedrooms with a balcony off both which also enjoy these fabulous sea views across the famous Corralejo sand dunes.
There is another separate bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and toilet.

ROOF TERRACE : The stairs lead up to a large roof top terrace which has panoramic sea views to the front and a Mountain view to the rear.

THE COMPLEX : The complex has the additional benefit of a large communal swimming pool. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 5 mins walk. The fabulous new Theme Water Park (BAKU) is a 20min walk (4mins by car).Its great and will keep the kiddies entertained for hours on end.

CORRALEJO : Corralejo is famous for it's 10km stretch of deserted sand dunes, beautiful golden beaches and fabulous watersports. The villa is frontline to 'Parque Natural' and has panoramic unobstructed views across the protected sand dunes out to sea and beyond to Lanzorote. There is a good selection of quality restaurants and bars in Corralejo which cater for all tastes and all have a kiddie menus.
