Villa's Caroline and Louise are perfect for either a couples only or a family holiday. We have the only salt water swimming pool's on Bahiazul, and they come complete with a thermal pool cover. They are HEATED ALL YEAR ROUND and this ensures that our pool is 28c ALL YEAR ROUND, and no one else can offer that. The 3 identical villa's are located on the lovely Bahiazul development, which is in a peaceful area yet only 3-4 minutes by car from the beaches and town.The villa is within easy reach of Corralejo amenities and bars and restaurants. The magnificent Baku water park is close at hand. Ferries to Lanzarote from Corralejo are only 4 minutes away.

The villa's each have 3 bedrooms, all en suite, and with fitted wardrobes. A private heated swimming pool is there for guests to enjoy. The fully fitted kitchen leads onto a spacious dining/lounge area. On the roof terrace there is a pergola with table and chairs. There is also a 6 seater Jacuzzi. BBQ and the villa's are Fully air conditioned.

Take a look at what my villa manager has said about this. "As we have NEVER received a bad review like this i feel like we must reply to it. As you know we have been working with you and your Villas since 2008 and i do not believe that we have ever received a bad review. In fact if we had not been working together for so long and had a mutual respect for each other then a malicious and fictitious review like that could put an end to our working relationship. I think that certain people do not realise the damage that a review like that can cause, we may have lost our income from yourself and struggled to make ends meet and you to rent your Villas and pay the mortgages! Upon reading the review from Shreen i was shocked, disappointed and obviously annoyed as we seemed to have a good relationship whilst they were staying in your Villa. Any Questions or problems were answered and rectified by myself and i went out of my way to help them. As it states in the welcome book at the Villa " Please inform Paul of any problems during your stay as there is nothing we can do to rectify them once you return home". The supposed stained towels-Shreen contacted me after being at the Villa for a few days and said that 3 towels were stained. She had washed them again and gave them to me, she had obviously used them and caused the stains as i explained to her that we use a professional laundry (if the laundry notice any stains then they inform us and the items are binned and replaced with new ones) When Shreen gave me the said towels i drove to town and purchased new ones and brought them back for her (as i said i went out of my way to help them). The torn sheet- well we would NEVER make a bed with a torn sheet i mean why would we!? The crazy thing is that if they had said "we have accidentally torn a sheet i would have just given them a new one which is exactly what i did. I explained to Shreen that we always followed the Canarian Hospitality Covid rules. Whilst some Hotels etc have started linen changes again we have made the decision to carry on not giving linen changes but to leave the guests spare linen and towels to change as they need to protecting ourselves and our guests from mixing within the confined space of the inside of properties. I did actually offer to collect their used linen and towels on a weekly basis and gave it laundered and return it however Shreen declined and said "no we'll clean them thanks". Now, what really made me angry was to say the Villa was not 100% clean as we are very conscientious . We pride ourselves on our cleaning, that is why we clean ourselves and don't employ staff. The photos that Shreen provided are likely to have been taken on day 30 of her stay rather than the beginning! Not one guest has ever mentioned the need for an extractor however i see why they needed an extractor when we noticed the pans that Shreen had burned! The blue kitchen window was cleaned by myself as all were for their arrival. The rubber seal has been pulled and torn for the photo that Shreen provided. I would have noticed this whilst cleaning. There is a stain on the back of a lampshade which we haven't noticed previously so we have now replaced this(Once again, ask and we will rectify!) The plastic plates have been used to cut on with a sharp knife during their stay so we have now replaced them. As for marks on the sofa and chairs and walls, unfortunately a Property is only as good as the previous guests and believe me there are certainly more marks on the sofas and walls than the few that there were before Shreen arrived! When guests depart and then arrive it is not possible to have sofas steam cleaned or walls painted as they will be wet for the incoming guests arrival! In my opinion the Villa has been damaged for the purposes of these photos that Shreen has supplied. Upon Shreen's departure we have had to carry out numerous repairs and purchases from their 4 week stay and personally i believe that the owner Alan should actually be reimbursed for the damage. Accidents happen but how many items can be accidentaly damaged during their stay? Damages, repairs and replacements as below(also see photos): 2 torn sunbeds replaced. Interior walls painted. Sofas steam cleaned. 1 single mattress steam cleaned as urine stained. Towels left stained and now replaced. Curtains stained, now laundered. Oven left very dirty, cleaned as best we can. Window seal replaced as pulled and torn. Pans replaced as burnt." I think i have now wasted enough of my time and energy on this and i will now leave it in Alans hands to decide if he wants to seek recompense for the damage caused. Paul Property Manager I will also be adding further comments from SimplyOwners and would advise any other property owners to avoid this woman at all costs. She will NOT be getting an apology at all.
