From the owner

It is rented 3 wooden houses built in a modern style and in a very quiet area. Only 5 min. from the beaches of Roche and 10 min. from the town by car. The area is called Roche Viejo, and they are located in Carril Seijo Lima s / n. 2 min. from Cortijo el Caserio. Each house is independent and has a pool, barbecue, private parking, garden, perfectly equipped kitchen, fan, TV, bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a removable bed and a window in the living room where you can observe the Pool from the couch. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of € 50. Capacity for 4 people. Refrain from disrespectful groups with the rules of neighborhood coexistence. Ideal for marriages with children, couples. friends etc. Parties or events are not allowed. Upon arrival, the client will find the house clean and tidy, and on departure the guest must leave it clean and tidy with clean dishes and no trash in the house. Damages and damages caused by the client during the stay in the house and belongings will be paid discounting them from the deposit deposited, as well as the extra hours of cleaning for excessive dirt. The refund of the deposit will be made in the same way in which your deposit was made. The number of people in the house cannot exceed its capacity, which is 4 people. Conil de la Frontera is a typical Andalusian town, located in the province of Cádiz in the center of the Costa de la Luz. Conil is located between pine forests and the Atlantic, where you can enjoy wonderful views, there are more than 14 kilometers of magnificent beaches. The region hosts some of the most famous historic cities and towns in all of Spain. Old Cadiz, the oldest known city in Europe. Jerez, famous for the fine and his horses. Seville, the magnificent capital of Andalusia. The three white villages of Vejer, Medina Sidonia and Arcos are also located in the area. Without forgetting the national park of Doñana, Sierra de Grazalema and Cabo de Trafalgar (meca pipes). Access to Conil is simple, as there are several international airports in this area. Jerez at 45 min, Seville at 1h 15 min. and Malaga at 2 h 15 min.

If Ursula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
