The house is in a gated community, PEDESTRIAN so it is completely quiet within the pueblo.A 250 m from the beach and 300 m from the center. It consists of three large bedrooms one with double bed and two with twin beds 90x190 cm two bathrooms. Living room, separated by a bar, kitchen with all the usual appliances, large and small lavavajilas, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, mixer, etc. Terrace 6 m2 with table and 6 chairs, from which you can see the sea and the pinewood in front, ideal for breakfast and dinner in relaxing atmosphere. PARKING SPACE WIFI AIR CONDITIONING The house is accessed from the garage by elevator that leaves you next to the house. It is ideal for entire families with children or elderly, large rooms for crib or park

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JOSE MANUEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
