El apartamento se encuentra situado en la urbanización Mirador de la Fontanilla. Ubicado en La Atalaya, en una de las mejores zonas de Conil de la Frontera, a tan solo 500 metros de la playa de La Fontanilla, donde predominan chalets amplios de gran gusto arquitectónico. Además, el casco histórico se encuentra situado a menos de 5 minutos andando.

En 300 metros a la redonda dispone de zonas comerciales (bares, restaurantes, hamburgueserías, tiendas,...) así como de grandes supermercados (Mercadona, Día, SuperConil,...).

La urbanización cuenta con piscina comunitaria, así como zonas comunes ajardinadas muy agradables para paseos en familia. Aunque en el entorno del residencial hay grandes espacios para aparcamiento, la urbanización está dotada de un parking privado totalmente gratuito para los inquilinos.

La urbanización es muy tranquila y FAMILIAR. Abstenerse grupos de jóvenes con ganas de marcha.

La vivienda es muy espaciosa y luminosa, está totalmente equipada y cuenta con un mobiliario funcional y moderno. Está totalmente climatizada, disponiendo de aire acondicionado y de calefacción.

El apartamento dispone de las siguientes estancias:

- Patio de entrada.

- Terraza principal privada: Dispone de más de 25 metros cuadrados de césped artificial, y otros tantos con suelo de terrazo para disponer la mesa de jardín y tumbonas. Está equipada con dos toldos que cubren la zona de terrazo.

- Cocina: Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, así como de menaje, cubertería y vajilla para 4 personas. Cuenta con vitrocerámica, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico, microondas, cafetera, batidora, tostadora,...

- Salón comedor: Está separado de la cocina por una barra americana, muy útil para desayunos o aperitivos. Se comunica directamente al jardín privado, muy luminoso durante todo el día. Amueblado con un sofá, dos sillones ligeros, una mesa y cuatro sillas, así como todos los muebles necesarios para un pleno disfrute. Dispone de una televisión pantalla plana (LED) de 40 pulgadas. Tv con canales internacionales por streaming.

- Baño: Dispone de bañera, ducha y wc. Las toallas están incluidas en el alquiler.

- Dormitorio principal: Cuenta con una cama de 1.50 metros de ancho. Además de dos mesillas de noche dispone de un amplio ropero empotrado de más de 2 metros de anchura. Tiene acceso directo al jardín privado. La ropa de cama está incluida en el alquiler.

- Dormitorio niños: Dispone de 2 camas de 90 cm. De ancho. Además tiene un ropero adicional de más de 1.5 metros de ancho (aprox.). Si el cliente lo solicita se puede incluir una cuna adicional. La ropa de cama está incluida en el alquiler.

Protocolo nueva realidad: - El lavado de todo el textil se realiza en lavandería industrial, siguiendo los más rigurosos estándares de limpieza y desinfección. El resto de textiles tales como cortinas, sofás, colchones, almohadas, etc., se tratan mediante vapor a alta presión, eliminando cualquier ácaro, germen o bacteria. - Limpieza y desinfección de todo el mobiliario de interior como de exterior. De igual modo con todo el menaje, dando un lavado en lavavajillas a alta temperatura. - Otros enseres como, secador de pelo, perchas, etc., se aplicará la limpieza y desinfección correspondiente. - Entre salida y entrada de huéspedes, dejamos transcurrir mínimo 30 horas para una buena ventilación y mayor seguridad de todos.

Why can't I call Pedro (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Pedro (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro (the owner) a message.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
