This apartment is probably one of the best located & appointed apartment in the area. Situated in the "upmarket area of Atalatya. A 5 minute stroll to some of the best beaches in Spain and a huge choice of tapas bars and restaurants, including the famous beach-side seafood restaurant " La Fontanilla".

The apartment is only a short walk to the old town centre, where there a wonderful mixture of old Andalusian bars, or something a little more contemporary if this is your thing. There are also lots of activities and places to visit in the area, please ask, or check out our website for more detailed information.

The apartment is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. The lounge area has two modern three seat settees and is complete with flat-screen TV a DVD/CD Player, with a large selection of DVD's & CD's and an docking station. It boasts three good sized bedrooms all with fantastic sea views, and more than enough storage space, one twin and two doubles sleeping up to 6 people. All bedrooms has its own hairdryer also.

The bathroom and separate shower room, are modern and fresh. There is a spacious dining area with dark wood table and comfortable chairs for up to six people.

The spacious kitchen is contemporary,immaculate, and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils and equipment you could possibly need. It also has a microwave, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee percolator, dishwasher & washing machine etc etc. The apartment has a huge communal roof terrace, with unspoilt views over the Atlantic as far as the eye can see. There are also two private balconies with amazing views overlooking the beach and Atalaya park area, both with garden furniture for you to enjoy that "alfresco dining" experience.

This property is fitted with fire and carbon-monoxide detectors for our clients safety and peace of mind,along with an extinguisher in the kitchen. This is very rare around these parts, but we take the health and security of our clients very seriously.

A car is a great idea if you want to explore the areas around Conil, but is not essential as everything is within walking distance of the apartment. There is free communal parking outside the apartment block. Driving distances from the nearest airports are as follows: Jerez 60km/45 minutes(Ryanair). Gibraltar 110km/80 minutes. Malaga 220km/2hrs 15 mins. Seville 150km/1hr 40mins.

Transfers from all Spanish airports can be organised, and day trips can also be arranged. Please ask us for more details.

A discount of 10% is available for rentals of 3 weeks or more from November to March & 10% Discount for couples booking for October to March.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
