Welcome to our beautiful brand new house Villa Cabú, one of a kind. You want to have wonderful holidays in Costa Rica in family, friends or with your lover this house is for you.

Surrounded by nature, but close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants you will enjoy a fantastic stay.

Arriving in Playa Chiquita, you will find Villa Cabú a totally new house, with Indonesian influences. Leave your car in the private parking and enter by this big wooden door, where you will discover first, an amazing open concept living room area, with TV, Wi-Fi and an opening door with a view on the beautiful pool and the garden.

You will enjoy cooking in this all equipped kitchen, with high quality appliances, all your meals.

Your biggest decision of the day will be to decide where you want to sleep.

You want to wake up with a view on the pool and the garden, the master bedroom with his private bathroom, and king bed is for you. You want to stay close to your child, but also enjoy the view on the pool, the second bedroom with a king bed and a single bed is the choice. And finally the last one with 2 bunk beds is perfect for the room for the children, extra guests, or just friends. Will have to share the bathroom but it is big enough for everybody.

The security alarm and safes will keep you totally safe, days and nights. And the opening concept of the house will give you a sensation of ventilated space everywhere, which is why you wont find any AC.

Renting Villa Cabú, a villa with modern installations, you will have the experience to live close to wildlife so to see sloths, monkeys, agouti etc.. While remaining close to all activities, beaches, and towns, like Puerto Viejo center, Punta Uva or Manzanillo.

Why can't I call Paola & Emma (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paola & Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
