“The best tropical adventure and relax of my life” have stayed here 3 times over the last 1 and a half years. Perfect place to sit back and relax and/or explore the rivers and waterfalls that run through the property, not to mention the Nauyaca Waterfall close by. Rooms are extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and charming. The owner was very happy to show my friends and I around. Staff were very friendly. pool was perfect temp, spa was lovely at night among tropical plants and the sound of howler monkeys. cant wait to get back early 2011
“Family Pura Vida Vacation” We very much enjoyed spending our first family visit to Costa Rica at the Pura Vida Ecolodge. If you are looking for a bit of an adventure with a serene setting, then this is the place. Set on a hill top in the jungle canopy with breathtaking views out to the Pacific Coast, this beautifully designed and constructed villa offers its visitors a peaceful and relaxing location to experience Pura Vida. A variety of local beaches, waterfalls, canopy tour, restaurants and amenities are all close by for daily excursions. SUV/4 wheel drive is essential.
“Costa Rica, the Jewel of Central america -- great place to visit” This was my third trip to Quepos and beautiful Manuel antonio rain forest on the Pacific Coast of Coasta Rica. It was my first time staying at Casa antonio and Larry was a great host. I hope to return one day and would highly recommend staying at Casa antonio.
“Beautiful Getaway spot with gorgeous views.” We loved the house. The view is breathtaking. The service was very nice.
I would go again and would recommend it to anyone with a hearty sense of adventure. The road up there is quite a challenge. You will probably want to hire the owners car and driver if you plan to go up and down the mountain often. I actually did it myself in an all wheel drive GMC Safari van and I was ok but I wouldn't recommend any one else doing it. Mostly a great spot to get away from it all and be surrounded my some of the most beautiful jungle and ocean views nature has to offer.
