This two bedroom property in Staintondale is able to sleep up to four people in comfort and elegance.This semi-detached stone and pantile barn conversion is located on the owner's farm in the scattered village of Staintondale. Set between Scarborough and Whitby, this cottage has been beautifully restored, decorated and furnished throughout, providing comfortable and cosy accommodation for up to four people. The cottage is also full of character, boasting exposed beams, a wood burning stove and stunning countryside views. The property also has the added attraction of being situated in within the National Park, making it an ideal home from home for anyone looking to enjoy the region's walking routes.

Ample off road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 1.7 miles. Note: WiFi can be slow.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The pretty, largely undiscovered village of Staintondale is located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, just half a mile from the coast. Positioned midway between the fishing town of Whitby - with its famous Abbey - and the spa town of Scarborough with its theatres and promenade entertainment, this lovely little village provides visitors with the best of both worlds, ensuring there's something to suit all tastes and budgets. There are a network of footpaths and bridleways through the village and into the beautifully diverse countryside beyond.
