In the green of the uncontaminated Tuscan hills, immersed in a private nature reserve is La Casa Vacanze Le Corniole, a place where tranquility and serenity reigns. The typical Tuscan farmhouse covers an area of ​​150 square meters and is ready to accommodate up to 10 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Inside you will find every kind of comfort and services to allow you to live an optimal experience at any time of the year. A large fireplace and the new biological heating system guarantee the right temperature even in the winter months. The equipped kitchen is at guests' disposal, as well as the outdoor barbecue and wood-burning oven. In the large garden there is a solarium, a 3x9m pool with a panoramic view of the Tuscan hills and a whirlpool with a thermal temperature of 2x2m. Casa Vacanza Le Corniole is located about 20 minutes from the Arezzo exit of the A1 motorway. The strategic position in the Chianti area is perfect as a starting point for a thorough tour of Tuscany with its main cities of art - Arezzo, Cortona, Siena and Florence. It is also the perfect place to practice various outdoor sports, such as trekking, bird watching, mountain biking and fishing. On request we organize activities to meet the needs of each guest, such as looking for truffles, wellness paths in the SPA, wine tastings and typical products, horseback riding and Tuscan cooking classes. Auf der einen Seite schätzen wir, dass Ihnen die Lage und der Kontext gefallen, in dem sich das Haus befindet, aber andererseits sind wir sehr enttäuscht, wenn Sie und Ihre Familie einige Unannehmlichkeiten hatten. Es ist wahr, dass einige kleine Dinge verbessert werden müssen, aber wenn Sie mehr Ihren Urlaub in der Toskana in dem Kontext gelebt haben, wie Sie gesagt haben, ist es idyllisch, anstatt Zeit zu verschwenden, nach Details zu suchen, die keinen Sinn ergeben und zu einer gewöhnlichen Wartung gehören Vielleicht hätten Sie mehr alles genossen. Es wurde zu Beginn der Saison repariert und respiriert und am Ende der Saison wird es wieder gemacht. 7) Im Vertrag Ihrer Buchung war der zusätzliche Reinigungsservice nicht kostenlos, kostet aber 50 €. Du hast darum gebeten, es kostenlos zu haben, die Putzfrau kam dort hin und sie putzte das Haus ohne Geld zu fragen .. 8) Bei Ihrer Ankunft wurden 2 Sonnenschirme gegeben. 9) Wir haben das Problem der Wespen mit einer bestimmten Substanz gelöst. Wie auch immer, Sie waren in der toskanischen Landschaft und in einer Zeit, in der es überhaupt keinen Regen gibt, kommen Wespen und Bienen in die Nähe von Wasserquellen wie dem Pool. 10) Bei Ihrer Ankunft haben wir angegeben, dass der Supermarkt Simply in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist und dass es 3 km in Civitella in Val di Chiana einen kleinen und schönen Lebensmittelgeschäft gibt. On one hand, we appreciate that you liked the position and the context in which the house is located but on the other hand we are very disappointed if you and your family had some inconveniences. It's true that some little things have to be improved, but if you have lived more your Tuscan holiday in the context that, as you said, it's idyllic, instead of wasting time looking for details that make no sense and that belong to an ordinary maintenance of a hospitality facility, maybe you would have enjoyed more everything. Le't go on proceeding step by step. 1) Giovanni did not come to make your check-out, since he was working in another hospitality facility of our Group. He was disappointed to not say hello to you, but you had the opportunity to meet the owner and even if his English was not perfect, you gave him a written list with everything you have wrote here. 2) The problem with the toilet cistern has been solved. It was a problem that happened by chance and that we managed in solving it. 3) We are managing to substitute the first step of the pool. 4) The kitchen and the bedroom sockets have been repaired (2 out of 10 had some problems, you could use the others). 5) The water of the Wirlpool was clean at your arrival (it was cleaned on saturday morning), so if in the middle of the week it started to be dirty, it was just because you used it during those days. At the same time, you have been informed at your arrival that the wirlpool has to be pumped up manual and you agreed to do it (it has to be pumped up once per day for only 20 seconds). However, for the next year we are going to change the wirlpool, so that noone will have to pump it :D. 6) The wood of the swimming pool can be repaired and respraied when no one is in the house for several days. It was repaired and respraied at the beginning of the season and it will be done again at the end of the season. 7) In the contract of your booking the extra cleaning service was not free, but it costs 50 €. You asked to have it for free, the cleaning lady came there and she cleaned the house without asking money.. 8) At your arrival 2 parasols were given. 9) We solved the problem of the wasps using a specific substance. Anyway, you were in the Tuscan countryside and in a period when there is no rain at all, it happens that wasps and bees go near water sources, such as the pool. 10) At your arrival we specified that the Simply supermarket is located at 15 minutes far by car and that at 3 km inside Civitella in Val di Chiana there is a small and lovely groceries store. We are very disappointed about everything written here, since you already have given us a list with the problems you found during the stay. Since your departure, we have red the list and managed to solve almost everything. We're sorry that you have written this same review in different places. We hope that your next holidays will be better that the ones of this year and that you will focus more on the experience and spending a great time with the people that are with you. Best regards.
