Villa ‘SJ’ is situated in the lovely area of Chayofa (one of the closest areas in Tenerife to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas with many activities for all of the family to enjoy within minutes of its location). From a quiet side road, a private driveway leads to the property which offers free parking with the added security of a gated entrance. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people (ideal for a family to enjoy the holiday). It has a large open plan feel with a modern fully fitted kitchen with all of the usual appliances that you would expect including a washing machine and a large American fridge freezer which provides filtered water and crushed/cubed Ice. The white quartz worktops lead to a spacious breakfast bar from where you can enjoy views of the garden and swimming pool. The living room has a large leather corner couch to relax into with a flat screen smart TV on the wall opposite, there are hundreds of British and international channels to enjoy the soaps/Movies & all Sports and the apartment enjoys free Wi-fi throughout.

The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms one of which has a King size and the other has a Double bed and both have high quality mattresses to ensure a relaxing night’s sleep (and an additional single bed if required). Upon entering each bedroom, you will find a well-designed modern wardrobe as well as matching bedside cabinets. The master bedroom includes a safe and incorporates a secured door allowing access to the garden and pool. A decent sized shared bathroom has been designed with a spacious modern walk-in shower and has been tastefully tiled throughout. There is a large spacious garden with a designated sun lounging area, along with an entertaining social area with barbecue facilities. The garden also offers a beautiful 8mx4m outdoor swimming pool and shower facilities which is solely for the apartments’ exclusive use.

Whilst Los Cristianos is 2.5 miles away (4.5 minutes in a Taxi) Playa de las Americas is also only 3.1 miles away (5 mins in a Taxi). The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur (South), 7.5 miles away (the Taxi company speak very good English so ordering a Taxi is never an issue).

There is a local shop, Bars and Restaurants and coffee bar facilities all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Within Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas you are spoilt for choice with the hundreds of bars, restaurants and nightlife in every direction (as well as large supermarkets and shops to suit all tastes). House Rules:

The normal Check-in time is from 12:00 hrs onwards and check-out is 11:00 hrs (negotiable as we try to be as flexible as we can be). - Smoking is not allowed within the Apartment (but is allowed in the Garden & External areas).

- There is free secure parking on the premises - Pets are not allowed at the property apart from Guide Dogs for the visually impaired. - No Hen parties/No Stag parties/No party groups. - No All Male or All Female Groups if all of the group are under 30 years of age. If you are looking for a relaxing private break with friends or family within an executive Apartment and sun-drenched Garden then a stay at Villa SJ will not disappoint.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
