With a prime hilltop location in an exclusive area of Chania town, Villa Cavo Dago commands unobstructed panoramic views over the city and bay of Chania. Exquisite outdoor living areas bask within the verdant green forest surrounding the villa. The interior space with its clean lines and minimalist design takes most of its colour from the panoramic windows surrounding the house, capturing the outside sea and cityscape. A villa of exceptional high design and quality, Cavo Dago allows for both social gatherings and personal space with choices of seating areas both inside and outside the house and a range of activities to keep your whole party occupied. With two private swimming pools, private spa, gym, daily maid and concierge service available, Cavo Dago embodies the ultimate villa experience.

Layout

Interiors

Cavo Dago is divided over four levels of exquisite design, covering 410 sq.m. in total and it accommodates 12 guests in its 6 ensuite bedrooms. An elevator is also available for access to each level.

Lower floor

The lower floor of Cavo Dago opens directly into a stunning open plan area, created with your outmost relaxation in mind. On this level guests can find:

- private spa area with wooden sauna and Hammam

- gym, equipped with treadmill, static bicycle, workout bench weights and exercise mattresses,

- recreation area with handmade sofa, 75” Smart TV with Playstation 5.

- A low table with poof seating creates the perfect spot for a game of chess or cards and a second lounge area with two large sofas offering beautiful views.

- Two further ensuite bedrooms with queen size double beds (1,80 x 2,00), A/C, open closets and en-suite bathrooms. Large patio door provide direct access to the lawned area next to the poolside.

- Second fully equipped kitchen area.

- Bathroom with shower next to the spa area.

- Laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.

- An additional small room which can be used for staff members, equipped with a single bed.

Ground Floor

Entering through its grand gold door, Cavo Dago opens into a sizeable open plan living space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer an unbelievable spectacle of the city and seascape below and open up to a spacious veranda. The ground floor is consisted of:

- A spacious lounge seating area surrounds the 75” Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix.

- Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island counter

- Elegant dining table for 12.

- A WC is also available,for communal use.

First Floor

Floating stairs lead to the first floor. Glass floor panels bear witness to the living space below. Two more bedrooms are available on this floor, each one with a Queen sized bed (1,80 x 2,00), open closet, 42”Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. One bedroom has large glass doors that slide open, while the other is privileged to have its own private balcony with seating area, overlooking the pool area and the magnificent views out to sea and coastline beyond.

Second Floor

Continuing up to the second floor, the last two bedrooms fully embrace their privacy with Queen size double beds (1,80 X 2,00) facing directly out to sea and the surprising glass panelled bathrooms, spoiling you with their view. Both bedrooms have a 42”Smart TV, an open closet and en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins.

Exteriors

If the inside of Villa Cavo delights, its exterior will help realise its full potential, evoking the spirit and cosmopolitan charm of the island. The whole outdoor area is fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests, while covering 1.600 sq.m. and offering plenty of facilities. The outdoor facilities include:

Lower Floor Outdoor Area

- A 80m2 private pool (0,60-1,60 m. deep) with effortless step access, equipped with “floating” wooden decks, featuring 8 double day beds.The pool can be heated upon advance request, with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay)

- Casual seating area

- Lush grassed lawn with outdoor shower and stairs leading to the ground floor.

- 6 seater hot tub

Ground Floor Outdoor Area

- A 50 m2, private, swimming pool (0,60-1,60 m. deep) that has a high-tech swim jet functioning for exercise or training when required.

- A bar area with tall stools is situated just beyond the kitchen

- An outdoor sofa area integrated into the split level floor.

- Professional outdoor, kitchen with hot plate, grill, fridge, dishwasher and sink.

- Additional lounging area with sofa and outdoor dining area behind the pool, ideal for al fresco dining and providing a different perspective of this amazing villa.

- A ping pong table

The Villa also features:

- Private entrance with a gate and it’s fully fenced, offering total privacy to our guests.

- Private parking space for 3 cars inside the Villa premises.
