Located on the first floor, on one level of 90 sqm, entering the House leads to the living room, here you get to the kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and the bathroom. The apartment has a large closet and safe usage. The Windows of the bedrooms offer a complete overview of all the main square.

On the day of departure the House must be left in the same condition as clean and tidy as the renter they found upon arrival, otherwise you will be charged a fee of 50 € Uro.

Two great bars with outdoor terraces are the meeting points of the country, ideal destinations for an ice cream or a Sundowner.

** TYPICAL PRODUCTS TASTING ** at Cantina La Frasca, you can taste and buy wines and their production, oil and typical local products.

* RECOMMENDATIONS * to enjoy this part of Tuscany is preferable to move independently, with its own resources better. By car you can easily reach Chianciano Terme, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia and Orvieto. A very valid alternative is represented by train (Chiusi-Chianciano Terme station, a few minutes drive from Cetona).
