This apartment is strategically located to visit Florence on foot. Within a few minutes walk you will reach Via Tornabuoni, the famous shopping street of the city.

    dear Rita, I'm really sorry to receive this review, but I have to answer in order to clarify some details. I’m sorry if I had not informed you before of your arrival day about the change of sofas, I did not think that the color of a sofa would have affected about the permanence of a guest. I’m sorry also about the carpets, but they have been removed because, under the advice of some of our guests, the carpets in a tourist apartment are not very hygienic. During the check in at the apartment you have immediately say these things and we told you that if the apartment was not as you were dreaming it, we would have returned the money without any penalty for cancellation. You preferred to stay in an apartment and we brought you all the things you have asked us and we were always available to fix all your requests. Regarding the bites of the insects, I really don’t think that it's due to our apartment because before your arrival and immediately after your departure there have been other guests in the flat and no one has had problems. I'm sorry if your stay in Florence was not as you have imagined it, I've tried to do my best for guarantee a pleasant stay for you and your family.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send EMANUELE (the owner) a message.

    If EMANUELE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
