L'agriturismo, ristrutturato in perfetto stile toscano rispettando le sue tipicità quali gli archi in mattoncini, le antiche pietre a vista, i soffitti in cotto con gli antichi travi di legno, mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti tre appartamenti dotati di tutti i confort. Tutti gli appartamenti sono completamente indipendenti, serviti da wi-fi e hanno ingresso privato.

Singolari i nomi che richiamano la passione venatoria: Fagiano, Lepre e Germano

Caldo ed accogliente, l'appartamento Fagiano, saprà farvi sentire a casa vostra. Accolti dal calore della zona giorno, attraversato il piccolo disimpegno sarete accolti in due camere matrimoniali ampie e luminose.

Il pezzo di maggior pregio è sicuramente il grande camino che troneggia nella più grande delle due camere, ove un piccolo salotto vi consentirà di goderne appieno la bellezza. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra rialzato e vi si accede comodamente dall’esterno.

L'appartamento di circa 60 m2, può accogliere al massimo 4 persone e comprende :

Cucina munita di piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigo con vano freezer, forno, bollitore per acqua, spremi-agrumi, tostapane, macchina del caffè, stoviglie, accessori cucina e sapone per le stoviglie.

A disposizione degli ospiti i prodotti del nostro orto, coltivati senza l'aggiunta di prodotti chimici. Sarà inoltre possibile acquistare olio e miele di nostra produzione.

Il soggiorno in agriturismo permette anche di visitare le vicine cittadine della provincia di Arezzo e godere di infinito verde, quiete e relax.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Simone (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
