"Fuerteventura Costa Golf" is a modern and charming two-bedroom vacation home, carefully designed with a beautiful decoration that integrates comfort, light and color.

It has a wonderful and spacious 25m2 terrace overlooking the pool, facing south for sun lovers and it is equipped with garden furniture. A magnificent outdoor space where you can enjoy the warm climate of Fuerteventura and the tranquility of the place.

The property is located in an excellent private and closed urbanization, equipped with a video surveillance system. It has two fantastic community pools (access by magnetic card), a solarium with sun loungers and beautiful tropical gardens.

The apartment is located in the center of the island, 10 minutes from the airport and close to all services, in a privileged and strategic location to explore and discover the beaches of Fuerteventura. Bus stop 20m away, which will allow you to get to the airport and other corners of the island.

Spacious and bright living room overlooking the pool that leads directly to the large private terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, no frost A+ fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Everything you need to feel at home.

The night area has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Both, with large built-in wardrobes with a lot of capacity.

Private parking space available on the property.

Free Wi-Fi connection to stay connected. Comforts to be able to work remotely and at the same time disconnect.

Hola Begoña, En primer lugar, agradecerte el tiempo que has dedicado a escribir la opinión sobre tu estancia en nuestra propiedad. Las opiniones de los clientes son siempre bienvenidas para seguir mejorando. Esperamos verte pronto otra vez. Aprovechamos la ocasión para indicarte lo siguiente: 1. En el anuncio se detalla claramente que se requiere una fianza de 80 euros y, así, lo indica Tripadvisor cuando el cliente efectúa su reserva en concepto de "Depósito de daños reembolsable". Por lo tanto, no es ninguna sorpresa como usted indica. 2. En el documento que enviamos a los clientes que formalizan la reserva, hay un apartado en el que se indica dónde depositar la basura. Literalmente dice lo siguiente: "Please put your rubbish in the outside bins. They are on the road." 3. Respecto a las toallas, indicarle que a los huéspedes que están alojados en la propiedad durante sólo una semana se les deja una toalla de baño y una de lavabo por persona. A los clientes que están alojados dos semanas, se les entrega otros dos juegos de toallas limpios a los 14 días. Una forma de proceder habitual en las propiedades de alquiler vacacional que no son complejos hoteleros. 4. Efectivamente, siempre dejamos 1 ó 2 rollos de papel higiénico y 1 ó 2 bolsas de basura. 5. Tal y como le informamos, en el momento en el que se han colocado tumbonas en la piscina, quitamos las tumbonas de la terraza. La piscina está justo enfrente de la propiedad. Además, hemos llegado a cambiar las tumbonas tres veces en un año por el mal uso que se ha hecho de las mismas. 6. Respecto a la cucaracha que dice se encontraron, indicarle que no es habitual y es la primera vez que nos ocurre en 5 años. En cualquier caso, prestaremos atención por si volviera a suceder. Why can't I call Iker (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iker (the owner) a message.

If Iker (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
