Minutes from beach, restaurants and night-life but far enough away not to be disturbed. Excellent for young families, singles,and couples.

Fully fitted kitchen with multi function Oven/Microwave, Hob and Extractor. Slimline Dishwasher , 60/40 Fridge Frezer, and Full Size Washing Machine.
Also Leather Bar Style Seating in Kitchen with Modern Dining Table.
Living Room with Quality Leather/Fabric Large L Shaped Sofa, 42" Plasma TV and DVD. Good selection of DVD Movies. Also quality HiFi System.
Master Bedroom with Double Bed, Second Bedroom with 2 x Single Beds. family Bathroom and separate W.C. Both Bedrooms have their own small balconies.
Booking information can be obtained by email. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A fully refundable damage deposit of £100 (120€ euros) in cash is required on arrival which is refundable on departure inspection.

The house has everything you need and is in a great location for bars and restaurants. The gated complex is very private and you have your own sun beds to take out to the pool and all is well kept.

“Fantastic apartment, facilities and area”
Stayed here 14/6 - 21/6 and had a really wonderful time. Apartment is immaculate and external terrace super for afternoon and evening drinks. Literally 5 mins walk from main restaurant and bars area but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise at all. We’ll be back for sure if for nothing else the fantastic pool which kept the kids occupied all week
“Would be excellent but!!!!”
We stayed at this apartment over Christmas and New Year. The apartment itself was very nice plenty of room for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen although no proper over there is a combination microwave oven which cooks pizza's chicken bites etc perfectly for the kids. The beds were really comfortable and a couple of small balconies that got the late sun. Extremely close to town and a small supermarket also airport only a 10 minute drive away. Ideal if you don't want to drive on holiday. I would have given an excellent for my review but I booked this apartment due to the fact it had a heated pool. As we were with two small children this was essential for our holiday as they love to swim. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and freezing. When I talked to a resident it sound like it's never heated. This was a big let down for us. Luckily the see was warmer. Thanks for letting us have the use of your popery.
