From the owner

The apartment is full of home comforts and offers a very spacious living area, which can be extended onto a large balcony with sea views. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard throughout and has all the facilities to make your holiday an experience you will not forget.

It is ideal for families, couples or even groups wanting to take advantage of the golf, sun & sea. The swimming pool is situated outside the main entrance door and the beach is literally only 200 metres away.

Just 800 metres away is the Atlantico Commercial Centre, which has a number of fine shops, large supermarket, restaurants, multiplex cinema, ten pin bowling and amusement centre. The apartment is the Elba Sara Hotel which can used by guests and offers a large number of facilities.

Notes to the rental rates

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Rates quoted are for 1 to 4 persons sharing. A supplement of £40 pounds per extra person is charged in low season, £50 pounds in Mid Season, and £60 pounds per extra person in High Season. Xmas and New Year is charged at a flat rate of £500 pounds. Children under 2 years old stay free!

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure. A damages deposit of £150 pounds or 200 Euros in cash is required on arrival, and will be returned after inspection on departure.

After we receive an enquiry we shall hold your booking provisionally for 1 week. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

We are flexible with the changeover. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 4 pm arrival 10am departure.

How do damage deposits work?

If Treacy & Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
