The apartment easily accommodates 4 people and has easy access on the ground floor stroller, wheelchair. Renovated in 2015 with available free WIFI and TV in the city center, you will be 2 minutes from the Valentré Bridge, the train station and 5 minutes from the main boulevard. The kitchen has a microwave oven, oven, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, coffee machine ... Many public parking and free nearby Cleaning not included. If necessary, the cleaning fee of 25 euros. Bakery, grocery and restaurants close by. We are there for any request / help.

We found it very hard to find this studio and were horrified when we saw the building it was in. The photos are not up to date and the place is not in a good state of repair. There is only one windo… More

Why can't I call Thien (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
