Modern apartment in Cagliari in Via Dante area, close to the Juvenile Court and to Piazza della Repubblica. The accommodation is furnished in a modern style with bleached oak parquet, white furniture, and steel lamps. The large terrace is covered by a sun shade and is ideal for relaxing dinners with friends. A ground coffee at the moment is an ideal welcome. Great for a couple with a modern and functional double bedroom; the small electrical windows present are electrically opened by means of a button, both in opening and in closing, as well as that of the bathroom attached to the bedroom. The additional double sofa bed is in front of the television. The accommodation is located on the first floor, the house can be reached either on foot or by elevator. It is a comfortable, modern and comfortable home furnished to satisfy any personal need.
