Apartamento ático de nueva construcción en casa típica del centro histórico de Cádiz. Totalmente exterior y muy soleado. Dispone de dos terrazas privadas, una terraza con mesa, sillas para comer o desayunar al aire libre y otra segunda terraza solárium con tumbonas y mesa donde poder tomar el sol.

Consta de un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, ubicado en pleno centro histórico.

Cocina totalmente equipada con menaje completo. Cuarto de baño completo, con placa ducha. No apto para minusválidos al ser un tercer piso sin ascensor. Alquiler mínimo cinco noches (según temporada).

TV de 32" en salón e información turística actualizado para su uso.

WIFI disponible sin cargo GRATIS!!!!!!!!!!!

How do damage deposits work?

If Fernando (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
