From the owner

The Milan House farm is a construction of two plants for up to 11 people + extra; the ground floor of 170 m2, distributed in living room, kitchen, pantry, dining room, games room and bathroom; the first floor with an area of 130 m2 houses five bedrooms with wooden ceilings and two bathrooms with shower and bath respectively.

In addition consists of the following services: • indoor: Television, two fireplaces of firewood, air conditioning, heating, table football, billiards, games • courtyard collection: barbecue, wood oven, oven pan, and firewood storage.

• External: 600 m2 fenced for area parking, summer pool, basketball court.

House rooms: two of marriage, two doubles and a triple, equipped with bed linen, we have cots for baby.

Bathrooms: two on the first floor and one on the ground floor, all perfectly equipped with spacious showers; provided towels per person.

Kitchen: (20 m2) equipped with microwave, refrigerator, wine storage refrigerator, chest freezer, Toaster, juicer, mixer and kitchen utensils complete; We facilitate paellas and butane barbecue. Includes table for 16 guests.

Room: (20 m2) with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Room: (22 m2) with sufficient capacity for the squares of the accommodation with wood burning fireplace.

Dining room: (14 m2) with dining table for 12 guests and wood burning fireplace.

Elsewhere in the House or outdoors not commented further around the House are available private pine forest.

Pets are allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
