Eranca is a luxury one bedroomed cottage, that sits 50 yards from the waters edge, stunning views across Loch Roag to the Uig and Harris hills. You will find the famous historical Callanish standing stones just 2 miles away, and is an enjoyable walk from the cottage. There are stunning beaches around the Island , and the nearest is Dalmore beach which is only 7 miles away.
The cottage is set to a very high standard, with a luxury bathroom where you can ease your tired muscles in a relaxing whirlpool bath and unwind after a long day. There is a fully fitted kitchen and open plan living area with south facing patio doors opening onto the timber decked area, where you can sit and relax watching the waves crashing of the rocks or just enjoy listening to the sound of the birds, as well as the spectacular summer skies.

Eranca cottage is as magical in the winter as it is in the summer , Come and enjoy a special Christmas and New year Hebridean style , where you can witness the beauty of the Island in all weathers. On arrival you will be greeted by owners Angus and Aggie, the cottage will have a welcome package of mulled wine and homemade mincemeat pies and on cold winter days fresh homemade soup with fresh rolls.

Our aim is for you to have a truly relaxing and magical holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life and taste the tranquility of the Outer Hebridies.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Agnes (the owner) a message.

If Agnes (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
