Small independent house with private garden and own parking. Bordering a pine forest that accesses the beaches of the dunes of Bologna. Sea and mountain views. Very cozy Everything new and very complete. In the middle of the natural park, surrounded by nature and less than half an hour, walking, from the beaches of the cannel and the dunes of Bologna.

    Le agradezco sus comentarios, pero, permítame que no los comparta totalmente. Puedo comprender que no le guste el gas butano y en ese caso no puedo hacer nada, pues a mi si me gusta y lo considero una forma de controlar gastos. Comprendería que se hubiera molestado si el recambio de la bombona hubiera tardado, pero, como bien sabe, no fue así: la bombona se cambió en cuanto lo notificaron. No así vuestra hora de salida, que fue en torno a las 12.45 h ,sabiendo que teníais que dejar la casa antes de las 12.00 h. lo que hizo que la limpiadora tuviera que estar “de brazos caídos” durante ese tiempo y después tener que acelerar su trabajo, pues entraban nuevos inquilinos a las 15.00 h. Por otro lado, la casa esta publicitada para dos personas, y de las seis noches que la ocupasteis, pernoctaron en ella cinco distintas (al margen de las que pasaron): el primer día, un señor que se identificó como su pareja. Después una pareja que dijeron ser vuestro hijo y su novia, y finalmente, el señor del primer día, usted y curiosamente, un crio de cinco o seis años del que no habían hablado al hacer la reserva. Comprendo ahora que el sofá os resultara pequeño, pues es de dos plazas, no de tres y ustedes reservaron para dos adultos, sin niños. En cuento a las tumbonas del jardín, solo decir que son nuevas, en estado impecable y son, según otros clientes, cómodas y ergonómicas. Evidentemente puedo entender que a usted no le gustaran y, en ese caso, lo siento mucho. Referente al televisor, efectivamente, no se ven los canales “habituales”. Eso es debido a que estamos dentro de un parque natural y en lo denominado “zona de sombra” (según me han comentado todos los técnicos que han intentado solucionar el problema). Le pido humildemente disculpas por ello. Sólo decir que se lo notifiqué al señor que llegó el primer día y me dijo que no le importaba. Aun así, además de las cadenas árabes y TEN, se ven perfectamente PARAMOUNT, NOVA, NEOX, DMAX, DKISS, BOING, BE.MAD HD, Energy, Gol y dependiendo del viento: Antena 3, A3S HD, Telecinco y la sexta. Referente al jardín, sinceramente no entiendo que ocurre, usted dice “estar en cuesta”. Como bien sabe, posee una parte con césped flanqueada por dos palmeras adultas donde hay una ducha de exterior, una manguera adicional para lavar a las mascotas, al material de playa y/o navegación, dos tumbonas (que lamento mucho le hayan resultado incómodas) y una hamaca. Es cierto que tiene una “cierta inclinación”, pero de ahí a “estar en cuesta” va un abismo. Por otro lado, en la zona más próxima a la entrada, con suelo de loza de Tarifa hay una mesa, con sombrilla y dos sillas de exterior. Jazmines, madreselvas y otras plantas. Ésta completamente cerrado e independiente. TAL CUAL SE MUESTRA EN LAS FOTOS PUBLICITADAS y es perfecto para una pareja y sus mascotas. En cuanto a la puerta del baño, es plegable y es cierto que es un poco incomoda, como todas las puertas de ese tipo y hay que hace un poco de fuerza para poder cerrarla. Eso es una cosa y que esté rota y no cierre, otra bien distinta. De todas formas, tomo nota para intentar cambiarla. El tema toallas y sabanas, solo decir que “por higiene ambiental”, proporcionamos un juego completo y lo cambiamos sólo semanalmente. Si usted lo precisara antes, sabe que dispone de una lavadora y un tendedero en la casa. Tiene toda la razón en cuanto a la exposición del número de registro de la vivienda con fines turísticos. La causa es que sólo poseíamos el provisional (el mismo que figura en la página a través de la cual alquilasteis la casa) concretamente el CTC 2019005875. Ahora ya, afortunadamente, poseemos el número definitivo: VTF/CA/08153. Y la agradezco infinito que me haya recordado que tengo que tenerlo expuesto en la casa. En cualquier caso, lamento muchísimo que su estancia en mi casa no haya sido todo lo agradable que a mí me hubiera gustado.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
