From the owner

This property I built to my own specifications. It is the ultimate entertaining space.

Kitchen, living and dining all open planned with concertina doors to decking and outdoor shed housing the Hot Tub, seating area, beer cooler and stove!

Sauna also added in garden and ofcourse our double decker bus. This sleeps a further 6 persons and is fully heated with toilet and shower, living area are still upstairs from seats with 4 bunks and a king size bed.

Very rural but only 2 miles from irvinestown and ballinamallard.

Cinema projector and all mod cons!

Bunk room is great with sleeping for 6 in 2 doubles and 2 singles, all with individual lighting and usb charging points!

I am always on call for guests but will not be present at this property when guests are staying. I will be staying locally with friends. I will be present during hand over and leaving times and whenever is required. I may be in and out throughout the day for Garden and house maintenance but will always let my guests know I am coming

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barry (the owner) a message.

If Barry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
