This wonderful cottage is in the village of Boxford near Lavenham in East Anglia and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.27 Swan Street is a wonderful cottage in the village of Boxford near Lavenham in East Anglia. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin and a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, sitting room and conservatory with dining area. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location 27 Swan Street is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Free view, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car and street parking. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Three well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 min walk, one of which accepts dogs.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: Boxford is a Suffolk town steeped in history and home to the oldest shop in England and a garage which claims to be the oldest garage in Europe. There is a selection of independent shops with a general store, coffee shop and three excellent pubs to choose from. The area is a popular one for cyclists with the official Cycle route passing through and a very active cycling club and a wonderful base for walkers to explore the endless network of footpaths.
