“Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting, with a warm welcome”

Reviewed 18 Jun 2015

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Manor Farm - the cottage was perfect - pleasant and comfortable, overlooking a lovely garden and on the doorstep of picturesque English countryside. Rachel and family were very welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know them and their pets!

We're glad you enjoyed the lovely countryside around us. Thank you for choosing our cottage.

“Comfortable, clean in a beautiful position”

We were only there for 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer. Very comfortable, clean and warm. Would highly recommend for short stay or long stay.

“Fantastic little cottage!”

Reviewed 23 Dec 2014

We had a fantastic time. The cottage was beautiful, really nicely furnished, very cosy and in a lovely setting. Even the recommended pub across the road did really great food and had good live music! It was everything we'd hoped for. Thanks for a great mini-break guys!!

“Beautiful quiet country cottage”

Reviewed 24 May 2014

I cannot fault this cottage in any way what so ever ,it was just excellent, everything from the big t.v ,really comfy bed ,and a cracking shower, under floor heating in toilet and kitchen, and the kitchen had everything you could want, Rachel and Pete were perfect hosts there if required ,but never intrusive ,considering they have only been letting cottage a short time ,they have got it pretty much sorted. .

Thank you very much for your helpful review. It is good to understand what you like about the cottage and the surroundings. Hope to welcome you back one day.

“What a gem!”

Reviewed 5 May 2014

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful holiday home, bags of character finished to a very high standard throughout. The location is superb, we tried 2 local walks from the cottage over the weekend finishing in the rather excellent local pub virtually opposite. The owners couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. My husband loved the 65 inch TV in the lounge! A real treat, will definitely return.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay - glad you enjoyed the facilities. There are plenty more walks to do when you next return! Looking forward to welcoming you again. Regards Rachel & Pete
