Description

This modern two (2) bedroom ground floor apartment located in the heart of Ayia Napa, within easy walking distance of the resort centre and beaches.

The apartment is spacious and features two (2) double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, sleeping 5 people in total. There is also a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room.

Inside, the apartment is well furnished with everything required for a comfortable stay including free WIFI and satellite TV. The open plan living area and dining areas seat 5 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A veranda leads off the living area with tables and chairs for outside dining.

Outside, you can make full use of the communal pool. There is also the option of breakfast or a meal (not included in the price – arranged on site) where you are able to dine at the well-established Napa Star.

Overall, a modern 2 bedroom apartment in a superb central location, ideal for enjoying everything that Ayia Napa has to offer.

“Very central but slightly off the busy high street.”

Good location. Apartment has all white goods. They provided milk, bread etc on your arrival. Clean and well furnished although a bit shabby and very uncomfortable beds. Agents very helpful and responded to and resolved problems very quickly. Only one door key. Caused problems with one couple wanting to stay out late as the one staying in would have no electricity if they took the key!Not safe to leave the door unlocked when there is a child in the accommodation. In all excellent location for supermarkets, shops and five minute walk to The Square or the harbour

How do damage deposits work?
