  It is located in a small courtyard all 'inside of a story arc on the Via San Rufino, one of the ancient routes leading to the Assisi Basilica of San Rufino, in an old building, adjacent to the Town Hall Square.

Ideal for those who want to be free and independent of its central location in the heart of Assisi, allows you to visit and walk to all major attractions of the city such as the Town Hall Square, the Temple of Minerva, the Basilica of St. Francis, Church of Santa Chiara, the course pricipale.

Restaurants, wine bars and restaurants close at hand.

In the apartment are paintings of modern art some of which are made by the owner.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Luigia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
