From the owner

Here lived the great-grandparents and grandparents, and now here we are. Downstairs a bright apartment with independent entrance. Ideally located, 100 metres from the walls of the historic centre, the place is comfortably accessible with the public transport and a few miles from the airport. of Perugia (flights to London, Brussels, Barcelona, Sardinia).

It wasn't a holiday home: it is even too equipped and furnished with family furniture. The room has a huge wardrobe and two single beds or one double bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. In the bathroom there is a shower with hydro-massage and a washing machine. In the kitchen, there is everything necessary for cooking and eating, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the back, there are garden-olive grove:: we'll make you taste our organic extra virgin olive oil.

In addition, you can use the outdoor loggia and, on request, fenced private parking spaces.

Assisi deserves the trip! Site UNESCO, center for history, art and spirituality known worldwide for its still alive memories related to St. Francis, Assisi is in the center of the ' green heart ' of the Italy: Umbria. From here you can visit during one day of the ' pearls of the region such as Todi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto, Orvieto, Bevagna, Montefalco, Norcia, or the Marmore Falls and the lake Trasimeno.

Close also from remarkable sites in neighboring regions, such as Urbino, Florence, Rome, Siena, Cortona, the caves of Frasassi. Do not miss an excursion in the natural park of mount Subasio. 100 metres from Porta Nuova (with convenient escalator), access to the Basilica di Santa Chiara, 15 minutes walk to the sanctuary of San Damiano. Tout close are the newsstands, bars and restaurants and a small supermarket. Saturday morning along via Borgo Aretino there is the market of typical products and clothing.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

    If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
