Newly listed, 1 Bd luxury self catered apartment, a perfect base for couples, young family or golfers alike to relax in the sunshine and explore what Cyprus has to offer. Situated on the edge of Anarita village with its own bistro bar CorknBottle and restaurant Olivios , only 10 min transfer from Paphos airport. Large supermarket on Main Rd down from airport.

Timi and Mandria villages only a couple of kms for further eating places and amenities.

Car rental is recommended for exploration further afield, Paphos town/harbour and the three major golf courses only 15 min drive away.

Village is on a bus route for Paphos and further.

The first floor apartment (lift access and stairs) is fully equipped to give a home from home experience and can accommodate 4 adults comfortably with a ks bed in bedroom and sprung sofa bed in the open plan living area. Travel cot available. Linen provided. Air conditioning/heating plus ceiling fans in both rooms. Fly screens on doors to enable ventilation and keep unwanted pests out. Kitchen fully equipped including washing machine.

Flatscreen tv with Mag box, full tv package/sky available as an optional extra.

Blue tooth tower for wireless music connectivity. 12mg of wifi included in the rental price.

Large bathroom with shower enclosure, towels provided.

The apartment boasts a very large private balcony with panoramic countryside and sea views, captures the sunset every evening. Set away from the poolside, 3 in total, the balcony features a pergola which gives added shade and privacy with a rattan set to relax on. There is a six-seated patio set under cover and gas barbeque for alfresco dining and comfortable sun loungers for relaxing.
