Garden-room on prinsengracht in the heart of Amsterdam opposite Jordaan but still in a quiet spot. 'Contact-free Stay' City centre is all around like Dam Square is 5 min walk, Ann Frank house 3 min. walk. 10 min walk from Leidseplein square,. The museums are a short walk away, as are the Vondelpark, the Flower Market and the Waterlooplein. Public transport just in 4 min walk.

*)In the (post) corona era, many travelers are looking for accommodations that meet the guidelines of the 1.5-meter society. That is why we offer you a 'Contact-free Stay' if you wish. The contact is limited, but the hospitality remains. Facilities a.o kitchenette and bad/wc and garden are private to you.

Garden room space 28 mt² with one double bed or two single beds, private sauna- bathtub with shower, and toilet on room.

The suit face the courtyard with you can enter from your room.The room is cosy and quiet .The height is 1.85 m. under the 17th cent. beams. The room has a private entrance, so you'll be free to go in and out. Wifi /Internet. A kitchenette with your private refrigerator a one pit stove and microwave. In the garden you can relax or smoke. We have a cano for rent per day.

About Anne Marie Borsboom Anne Marie Borsboom threw herselff as quirky adolescent already on the making cartoons consisting of four, five photos. Someone said: you should go filming. And so it came to pass. After the Film Academy, she went to work as Camerawoman and Director. Her new film BOI, Song of a wanderer and Homesick plus Carnival were broadcasted. Anne Marie tries to stir her films to be more than the main theme suggests.

A++ Anne Marie is a great host and happy to help make your holiday just so. We’ve been to Amsterdam many times and where very happy to secure this central yet peaceful haven. If you’re looking for 5 star bland don’t book here you’ll be better in a hotel but if you want to be welcomed into a thoughtfully designed, quiet and cosy home you’ll find nothing better. Can’t wait to return in the summer and test the camper van and canoe. Thanks again Anne Marie for a thoroughly pleasant stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
