From the owner

The villa is detached with it's own private swimming pool, within a beautiful well stocked garden,The villa has been furnished throughout to a very high standard. With 4 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms. I twin bedroom with 2 single beds and the 4th bedroom has a single bed which pulls out as a double bed. 1 fully tiled shower/bathroom, and 1 fully tiled shower room. A well stocked fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs.

The villa has been designed in order to maximise the outdoor living area, and therefore has balconies and terraces with a chioce of sun or shade, with amazing views.Just a 4 minute flat walk from the sandy beach. Bars, tavernas, and shops surround the cresent shaped beach. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and a friendly beach cantina for refreshments which caters for all tastes.

Almyrida is one of the most sought after loactions on the Island, the famous Samaria Gorge, which meanders for 1 km down to a pretty resort of Agia Roumeli. The natural fresh water lake of Kournas provides a pictureque venue for lunch or a swim.

The Venetian influenced town of Chania just a short drive away, once the Capital of Crete, offers quaint narrow streets as well as a beautiful harbour lined with tavernas and cafes serving excellent local cuisine. Opportunities for boat trips from the harbour to visit historical sights.

Why can't I call Susan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
