Villa Calipso A is a pleasant and spacious apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Calipso A you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Calipso A is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Trentova Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Calipso A from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Calipso A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Villa Calipso is a welcoming two-story independent house situated on a promontory facing the sun and the sea.

Villa Calipso is divided into 2 apartments: Villa Calipso A located on the ground floor  and Villa Calipso B located on the first floor. Villa Calipso can host up to 12 people.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. You will share the pool with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Parking

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

 Patio

The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings and by a porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden.

Garden

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include three sofas and a desk. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. Here you will find a pool table and a football table. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through three double-glazed French doors. The room also has two double-glazed windows with a view of the patio.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
