The Space

Villa Xara can accommodate up to 6 people as there are two bedrooms, a double and two single beds respectively, while the comfortable extra beds can accommodate 2 additional people a great option for families and group of friends.

We are located in Agia Marina, Chania, with beautiful view in sea and mountain, combine calm and relaxation with amusement and excursions. You will enjoy the private verandas with full outdoor furniture and private swimming pool. Also the villa has large balconies with magnificent sea view.

Villa Xara is a great value for money choice for families and friends. Perfect spot to explore the West Crete and the fantastic sandy beaches.

A excellent position to explore the west Crete island with many famous sandy beaches on a few minutes drive from the villas and only 800m from the nearest beach. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Greek sun, hospitality and the gorgeous sandy beaches.

Near our villa is Platanias city the most popular touristic area in west Crete, is a few minutes by car from the villa. There you will find everything you look for as restaurants, shops, banks, postal office, police, playground, bars, cafe, supermakets and hot nightlife.

You can come to our villas via:

- Bus (The bus stop is only 750m at Alexandra Beach Hotel. You have to get on the bus from the airport to the Bus station and after you get on the bus that goes to Agia Marina).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Chara / Charis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
