“Great stay” Stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and the outside space was amazing. It was a bonus having the TV with so many channels and films available and my hubby loved the sports channels The location was great, 10mins down to main street, then 10mins walk to Lidle supermarket. Would definitely recommend this villa.

“Great villa, very clean and well looked after in a great location” Spent a week in Casa Becky with friends. The villa is perfect for four people, plenty of space inside and out. The pool area is particularly spacious and the pool was very well maintained. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is more than adequately equipped for four people and the showers are great - can't say that for every villa I've stayed in! If you're put of in any way by the lack of on-line payment facilities, don't be. The owner offers a variety of ways to pay which are all perfectly safe and secure. I'll definitely be keeping this villa in mind for future trips to this area of Lanzarotte but I can already see it's booked up well in advance, which does not surprise me. I would definitely recommend this villa for couples, families and groups of friends as the two bedrooms/two bathrooms gives everyone space while the outside terrace is great for outdoor eating and evening drinks around the pool.

“Excellent” I am just back from villa sanna and it was wonderful the villa has everything you need and more I was familiar with the location as I was in the villa facing it in oct I would and have already recommended lanzarote4u to friends and family it's has 3 bedrooms which was great, the living room was massive plenty of space

“Lovely peaceful apartment” We stayed here for 8 days the apartment is very nice and spotlessly clean it is very quiet it had blackout curtains in the bedroom which was lovely as I find it hard to sleep if it's light also had air conditioning in the bedroom which was lovely the bathroom is a tad small, the balcony was nice to sit on over looking the pool and mountains. The pool area was again clean and while we were there we had the pool to ourselves most days. It was a good 10 minutes to the beach main strip which was down hill but we found it quite hard coming back up but we got a taxi back which was only 3 euros. Fiona and Andrea were very kind and friendly giving us lot of advice on where to go and where to shop. Thank you. We would go back to this apartment if we go back to Lanzarote.

“excellent villa suitable for all ages.1st class location and very reasonably priced.” Just spent a very memorable week at Casa De Esperanza and cannot think of a negative detail. Rebecca was just terrific to communicate with and answered my endless questions promptly and with such clarity that I felt I had already stayed at the villa. Villa had every modern convenience we needed, we just had to supply food & drink. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & lounge all modernly furnished & all in superb condition. The patio & pool were just paradise and we probably spent 80% of our week there as weather was excellent. Location is close to town centre & beach which are a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. We are a family of 6. Myself & my wife (60s), son & partner (30s) and 2 grandsons 8 & 2. Not one of us could pass a negative remark about our stay. This was a "one off" late break but because it was so enjoyable, after arriving home at 2am this morning I emailed Rebecca at 10am and have provisionally booked again for next year.

“Perfect!!!” We have just returned from staying at Villa Frances and it exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is beautiful, the garden and pool area is so pretty and the pool is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend paying for the heating as we were still swimming at 7.30pm and it was one of the best pools we have used - having been to Lanzarote many times over the last 10 years. The villa is situated in a perfect spot, just 2 mins from everything yet completely quiet so you really can have it all! The view from the balcony is fantastic and we couldn't believe that only a few minutes away were the beach, shops, all the nightlife and hussell and bussell, yet complete relaxation around the villa. The pictures do not do it justice as there has been new décor and it has been very well thought of. Lynn the lady who looks after the villa is lovely - always happy and very helpful and takes great pride in its appearance which shows. We will be coming back - Thank you Frances and Lynn x

“Excellent Holiday Apartment” All I can say is if you are thinking about booking either of Drew’s apartment’s then don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. This was our third time booking with Drew, but our first at this apartment and I can say we loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year. The booking process is simply and the apartment has everything you will need and it has a view to die for. When the doors are wide open you feel like you are outside with the view of the sea in either direction. The balcony gets the sun all day for any sun worshippers. The complex itself is lovely , clean and quiet and in a good location for shops, bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and another good place to catch the sun and simply relax. Thanks again for the use of your apartment, can’t wait to go back.

“Great Villa” We have been to Villa Pennlee before, it still is Five star The Villa is in a peacefully quiet spot. Short walk to all amenities. A car is not required. The property is always nice and clean and is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great holiday. We would not hesitate in recommending this Villa! We would definitely re visit Penlee Villa. The owner is always very helpful. And we would like to thank them for allowing us the opportunity to stay and enjoy their Villa.
