“Wonderful view” This is a large bungalow style apartment with an amazing sea view from a large terrace. The pool is directly in front and was really quiet during our stay. It is equipped with pretty much everything you could need including dishwasher, washing machine and full cooking facilities. Spotlessly clean and with a generous welcome pack of essentials it exceeded our expectations, even pool towels were provided. Fantastic location being positioned on the cliff top coastal path. Can walk to Luz or Burgau both which have lovely beaches. If want to eat out would definitely advise a car although there is a bus service 5 mins walk away but not sure how frequent they run. We were given very comprehensive directions from Elizabeth and on arrival Fiona was on hand in case of any problem. We were made to feel very welcome and as though every effort was made to ensure our comfort. The owners are English based in the UK and Fiona from Destination Algarve is Irish so no communication difficulties! Would definitely recommend.

“Beautiful complex, spacious & comfortable, lovely pool area, good on-site restaurant” We are back in Ireland after a most relaxing stay at Villa Baia where we experienced "silence without the loneliness", it was a wlecome relief to stay at such a lovely apartment complex without all the late night noise especially as we have kids ourselves. I would definately recommend this complex to family and friends, it has everything you need, it's ideally situated within close proximity to beautiful Luz beach and the local shops. I was immediately impressed with the modern décor of the apartments , they are bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at Villa Baia are very pleasant. Hope to stay again soon:-))

I can only endorse the earlier positive comments about this superb apartment and the Acacias development. The spacious apartment is particularly well equipped and the pool area and grounds maintained to a very high standard. Both contributed enormously to a very enjoyable stay in Praia da Luz to the extent that shortly after our return we booked again for summer 2018. Ron supplied all the necessary information beforehand in a most efficient manner and a warm welcome was provided by Corinne on arrival. I have stayed in numerous apartments over several years vacationing in Praia da Luz and 23B is def one of the best. Right on the sea front with a sunny & sheltered garden terrace (for breezier, low season days), Very comfy beds, clean and all important mod cons including a dish washer - a real bonus:). Holiday Apartment - Praia da Luz

I can’t speak highly enough of this place!

The apartment itself has everything you need - plenty of storage, spacious room, lovely living area, balcony big enough to dine outside on and a kitchen fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, oven, kettle etc etc. There are also some inflatables and other games for at the beach or pool. Another bonus is the lift access to your floor and ground level. The pool is perfect, never too busy when we were there, a small pool for the little ones which was perfect for our 6 year and 6 month old. It even has a small playground next to it as if the kids would get bored! The location of the apartment is a 5-10 minute walk away from the beach front and all the shops and restaurants. There are 2 local supermarkets less than 10 mins walk away as well. For anyone interested I ran some lovely trail routes along the coast to Burgau and to Salema, however be prepared for some hill training. The beach is also a great place to run for some flat terrain! We stayed here for a week and had no complaints what so ever and would happily go back, The owner was always happy to accommodate any needs we had and always responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our visit! We were a party of 3 adults, 1 child and a baby and we didn’t have a car (you don’t need one IMO). Luz is a quiet town with a lovely beach and town. Fabulous family holiday

Excellent villa, well located in Luz with easy access to local supermarket and restaurants. We had a hire car as 1 member of our family required to be driven back and forth (if you're able bodied no need for car as local buses are also very good). The villa has everything required to have a stress free holiday, kitchen is well equipped with all utensils that you would need if you decide to cook. The outside area is excellent as it has plenty of shaded areas if you need cover from the sun for a bit (we all needed this as some point). We will definitely use this villa again when we are having a large family holiday. The space inside the villa is plentiful and you're not all in each others way. Nicola from themanagement company that looks after the villa is extremely helpful and only a phonecall away if you need help with anything. The only negative that I would have is that they are not very well sound proofed and this can make them noisy when young children running around.
