“FantasticCondo and Resort” What a fantastic rental unit. Everything was spotless and first class - not just the unit but everywhere in the resort. Beautiful furnishings and all the little conveniences that make it seem like your own home. The beach is beautiful with lots of lounges and umbrellas. Highly recommended

“Wonderful Winter Escape” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luna Encantada (condo E3). The moment we arrived we were blown away by the views from the condo and rooftop terrace. The condo is much more spacious than the pictures show. It was perfect for our party of 6. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch out on the patio overlooking the pool and beach. It was so nice to relax and have our own schedule (or no schedule!). Gabriel would set-up our beach chairs every morning for us and we'd spend the day relaxing at the beach and swimming in the pool and in the sea. In the evening we'd enjoy a stroll down 5th ave and dinner in one of the local restaurants. Everything is so close by! Even Walmart was only a 10 minute walk for our groceries for the condo. The management staff were very attentive and were always available for questions or help. Mariana helped us set-up an excursion to Tulum and Xel-Ha which we really enjoyed. Thanks to Tonya and Sally for helping us book the condo and providing us with so much information and tips on the area. It helped us enjoy our vacation so much more.

“Awesome!!! Our first family trip in Mexico, Playa Del Carmen” Wow! This was our best family trip ever! I have three small kids, 8, 6, 4 and was really nervous about taking them to Mexico and staying right on the oceanfront (my two younger kids don't swim and both have special needs). Tonya helped ease my nerves with all her knowledge and expertise from arranging a private van to meet us at the airport to where to eat or buy groceries if we decided to cook on the fabulous private roof top deck. The staff at Luna Encantada were all so helpful! Adin, a staff member there, made sure my kids had enough shade while building sand castles and even made them grasshoppers out of palm leaves. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. We never had to worry about sandy towels since the staff left us an endless supply. Not to mention, there is a washer and dryer if you were to ever run out. Security is 24 hours a day. We never felt unsafe in our condo. There was always someone to greet us at the gate after an excursion out. Everyone was so friendly and kid friendly! The view is amazing! The sound of the ocean waves in the evening lulled me to sleep every night. Beds are extremely comfortable, even the trundle beds. All in all, this was a trip we'll remember for years to come. My children are already planning the same trip for next year!

“Can't wait to go back!” Our stay at E1 was perfect and exceeded our expectations! We picked this unit because we were a couple of families with small children and it walks out to the pool. This was the best feature! It was great being able to watch the kids right from the patio or run in and out. The kids loved the wii and wifi that comes with the condo. Luna itself is luxurious and small (really hard to find!) We felt like we were very secluded and private but at the same time right in the mix of all of the action. During our stay we met so many wonderful guests and the staff were top notch. Alberto was always there for advice or to assist us with any concerns. Gabriel also took really good care of our needs as well and new everyone by name! This is what makes Luna stand apart in my opinion. It is really hard to get this type of personal service in a big resort. Tonya was also excellent at giving us lots of information about the area and answering all of my questions before the trip! “Excellent playa location.” Beachfront, waking distance to restaurants and shopping and great management that checks in with you daily and answers any questions or concerns. We rented for spring break in March and were impressed by the location of this condo and the views from the rooftop terrace. The condo has most everything you need. There are beachfront massages next door for $20 that my husband and I loved. Dishwasher did not work well and pillows were not comfortable. Owner may want to invest in some luxury linens, pillows and cozy comforters. Also, no outdoor grill. Noise was not an issue and condo complex is easily one of the nicest in playa.

“Beautiful house in a great location.” My family of four stayed at Casa del Perro Feliz the first week of October. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and in a great location. I absolutely loved it. You are literally steps away from the water and have such a wonderful view from the backyard and rooftop. We had a great time snorkeling, kayaking, riding bikes, hanging out in the hammocks, etc. We took day trips to Yal Ku lagoon (wonderful) and Hidden Worlds (fun). We also ate dinner and shopped in nearby Tulum. The caretakers Maria and Ulysses are wonderful and their son Eder was great; he drove us around in his taxi all week. Maria is an excellent cook and we loved the meals she cooked for us. We enjoyed spending time with her family and also with the dogs. No a/c so expect it to be a little hot upstairs but it was great listening to the ocean. Both restaurants within walking distance are very good. My biggest complaint about this vacation is the time went by too quickly. A week just isn't enough. I would love to go back.

“Excellent holiday stay perfect staff” The owner and the staff are super nice and accommodating to any need. The property is spectacular view upkeep appliances and complicated but amazing tv and surround sound stereo in every room. Media room was amazing and can't beat the sunsets from this vantage point anywhere in the world. Perfect from start to finish.

“We had a fabulous time and so did our guests.” What a wonderful experience to enjoy being in such a lovely home right on the beach. Hearing the waves crashing at night right outside our doors was a thrill we don't have living in a large city. The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We also really enjoyed having Chef Cezar come to the house to prepare meals. He came three times, as each new set of guests arrived, and it was wonderful to experience the local cuisine without me having to cook it! What a great vacation!

“Very Clean and maintained well and awesome food!” My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Caribena with a group of friends. The accommodation were terrific. We enjoyed all comforts of home which included the wifi. Along with all the day trips around the area we also enjoyed a day of Ocean Kayaking right out the front door inside the barrier reef which is calm water.This is a Go-Pro moment. Of course what I liked the best was the gourmet style cooking which is available. The meals were sooo good. Mmmm what a great surprise. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Beautiful house on the beach” We just returned from a week in this lovely home. The house was clean, well-maintained and located directly on a lovely stretch of beach. We had rapid access to the town of Tulum by car, as well as to great sites including the Tulum ruins, Coba, and multiple cenotes. Lily and her team cooked fantastic breakfasts and dinners for us - they even did the grocery shopping. A very carefree week!

“Wonderful Condo!!! Great place to stay!!” We had a great time in this condo. Just an absolutely beautiful property and prime location to everything. The condo was just perfectly stocked with everything we needed and had Tv's in every bedroom which definitely came in handy on a few lazy mornings. My only regret is that we did not stay longer! The owner Ted was great to work with and our vacation could not have went any smoother! Don't stay anywhere else!

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Better than advertised” This home is how we would like ours to be, in any country or environment. When we weren't on the beach or in town or touring, our favourite spot was the magnificent large deck overlooking what all the world should look like. Very comfortable. Very spacious. Very clean ( and kept that way with a great housekeeper all week). The owners of this paradise treated us like we were long time friends, and I could see it would be easy to become such with them. Easy short walk to the beach. Could even walk to town, but usually took the lazy way out with a $50 peso cabride ( less than five dollars). The wonderful culture of Mexico and it's friendly people are fully exposed in this town. We were welcomed and pampered, and although we usually like to try different restaurants for every meal, we became regulars at Carmelitas. It is truly a quality Mexican restaurant owned by amazing people. Prices very cheap by our standards at home, but even modest by local comparisons. Stay at this palace if you like the best of everything.

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“Great apartment near to the 5th Ave!!” I traveled with 3 friends and the apartment's location couldn't be better. Just half block away from Cocobongo (best party club in Playa), a block away from the 5th Ave and two and a half blocks away from the beach, what else could you ask for in Playa? The department is very comfortable with kitchen, a little dining table, living room with TV, a balcony with pool view, and even washing machine and dryer! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with really nice decoration. We had it all: beach towels, glasses, dishes, there were sodas and beers in the fridge when we arrived! =D We also had a private roof terrace with cold water jacuzzi and very nice space to hang out. The building has a shared pool for all the condos with a nice waterfall. Another plus is that you have a parking space which was very helpful since we rent a car. The attention from Ron & Crystal, owners of the apartment, was great from the moment of the reservation up to our return to Guadalajara. You can't ask for more for a perfect vacation! We will definitely come back to Casa Dorothea! Thanks Ron & Crystal!!

“This place has it all!” This condo had everything we wanted while vacationing in Mexico. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were updated and beautiful. We loved that the pool and beach were only a few steps from the patio, and that there is a beautiful coral reef just moments from the shore. We snorkeled everyday. You can swim with dolphins, eat at great restaurants, and shop in the cute little stores in the marina at Puerto Aventuras, which is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. If you are looking for the perfect vacation home, this is it! We will be back!

“Beautiful Views and Great accomodations” We try to stay here whenever we come to Cozumel. It is beautifully appointed and the views are to die for! The infinity pool is so amazing that you will love lounging around enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean or watching a beautiful sunset. The dive boats pick you up just step from your door. The rinse tank for your dive gear is close and there are lockers to store your gear in. It has a great kitchen but if you don't like to cook, you are close enough to town to walk to any restaurant.

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Fabulous place for a large group” We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in the Amara Penthouse. Four couples stayed for eight days and the space was great. We never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. The private terrace was amazing. The views were spectacular and the added space was perfect for coffee in the morning while we planned our day, or using the grill in the evening to cook the fish we bought at the fresh fish market in town. The location is wonderful – located in the center of everything it seemed. We didn’t have far to walk if we wanted to go into Amara and we could walk the beach in both directions. If you look at the pictures and think the penthouse is nice, wait until you actually arrive – the pictures don’t do it justice. We found the owners extremely helpful and easy to work with. They offered suggestions on things to do and answered every question we posed. We highly recommend this rental property and hope to one day be lucky enough to stay there again.

“A gratifying, relaxing,enjoyable vacation.” What a great vacation spot! It exelled our expectations,gorgeous well kept grounds, very clean, modern comfy accomodations. Loved being so close to the ocean, plus the soft sand beach, which would take you either way to oceanside restaurants, they were all good. So relaxing with beautiful sunsets, falling asleep to the ocean waves.It was all there! Raoul and Laurie were very graciously helpfull when we needed anything, including letting us know when the venders were at the gate should we want any fruit, veggies or fresh baked bread and tortillas. The knowledge of being secure in this gated villa was an absolute plus for me. It doesn't get much better than this. A little taste of heaven. Highly recommend it. We will be back!!

“Excellent Condo!” The place is wonderful, if you are looking for a place in playa del carmen, this is the place. Everything is just around the corner ... few steps from the beach, 5th street, 10 minutes from cozumel ferry, parking lots (if you are driving), etc etc .... The apartment is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, very nice kitchen, etc ... the wifi is good. it is an excellent place to stay. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

“An Amazing Place” This condo has it all. Spacious bedrooms and baths, professional kitchen and the pool, and grounds are fabulous. It's perfect distance from town and the beach and has a quiet, neighborly feel to it. I can say enough about how nice everone is down there too. Looking forward to my next trip to paradise.

“Best rental in Sayulita” My fiancee and I were blown away at how well equipped Magia was. Cameron was very helpful and even so kind as yulitato call and check up on us once we were settled. Do not be discouraged by the location. We read multiple recommendations and reviews all of which painted a picture of a castle on a mountaintop but the location was exactly what we were hoping for. If you're looking for privacy in a secluded, tranquil home, look no further. Albeit a bit of a journey to walk into town, we looked forward to the hike up and down the steep driveway and did it twice a day when we were without transport. We rented a golf cart for the majority of our stay which was both fun and efficient - highly recommend it for those worried about the proximity to town/beach. The sounds of crashing waves was very prominent at night, combined with a gentle breeze that whisked across the hilltop made for a very relaxing atmosphere. Love the pool, love the hammock, the drinkable tap water, the in-sink disposal, the quick internet, the security system, the list goes on... Do yourself a favor and remove yourself from the hustle and bustle. When was the last time your took a shower in the open air?!?

“A truly relaxing experience in a beautiful environment.” My husband and I spent my birthday week at Villa Mariposa with a few friends at the beginning of May. The house itself is absolutely perfect. As you can see from the pictures, the backside of the house is a wall of windows. The windows all have the ability to open (and are screened) and bring in an incredible breeze with magical ocean sounds. Lounging both in the house and on the beach (just a few steps away from the house) set the tone for an incredibly relaxing trip. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the house was very clean (and stayed clean throughout the week with the help of the house keeper that comes in once a day), and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, blender, etc. for those that want to do some of their own cooking. The house is located about 10 minutes (driving) from Tulum Pueblo, 15 minutes from Tulum Beach and about 15 minutes from Akumal. There is a refreshing and pristine cenote located about two minutes walking distance from the house. There is a small fee to swim in the cenote, but it is completely worth it. The water is crisp and beautiful. There is a pizza place and another small restaurant located within walking distance from the house, but other than that you'll need to travel by car to get to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. (And I wouldn't recommend traveling by cab. We made that mistake once and had a cab driver charge us $75 USD to travel to the grocery store in Tulum Pueblo and back.) We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Mariposa and would definitely recommend it to both friends and family.

“Very nice condo to stay in.” The condo was very nice and in a convienent location. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The only negative was the sheets were not clean and wetl laundry was left in the machines. Aside from that we had a great time.
