“Wonderful week with our family” We had great communications with owner, Robin, to help us plan this wonderful week then were greeted at the ferry by our Isla Mujeres contact person who, along with Robin, had suggestions of restaurants, shopping, beaches for sunbathing, beaches for swimming, where to rent golf carts, where to buy groceries, fishing charters, etc. Our views were magnificent since the front of the house is on the Bay of Cancun and the back is on the Caribbean Sea. We relaxed in the comfortable house with charming island decor and enjoyed every moment of our week. New Year's Eve in Isla is amazing! The whole island gathers in the square for an all night party with music and dancing. What fun we had!!! Shopping is fun, the food is superb, the people are welcoming, and we can't wait to go back and can't say enough good things about the island and Casa Cielo! You will remember this trip with smiles on your faces!

“Great space and location” We've been to PDC a number of times and loved this location. Close to the best parts of La Quinta but also walking distance to a lively and non-touristy part of the city. The condo was quiet and just the right size for our small family (2 adults + 1 small child). Everything was spotless, and the kitchen amenities were just what we needed. We also appreciated having a few towels for the beach. David was helpful and friendly, and when our son locked us out of the bathroom one night, the night watchman Mauro kindly unlocked it for us. Check-in and check-out was quick. Sadly, the beach was far more eroded than last time we were in PDC, but this was an issue everywhere we walked, not just near the condo.

“Cancun” We rented 4 apartments to Tamara and Salvador , we were 15 people and we got the 4 aparts together, they communicate to each other with a door in the middle which makes it very comfortable. The apartments are very nice very well maintained and everything works. The balconies have an amazing view and very comfortable as they have tables and chairs to sit for hours to enjoy the view and be able to eat while watching the sea. The location is strategic because the condo is on the best beach very quiet, and is easy to take public transportation at the door to go anywhere you want. Thanks ...

“A great little home in a great Mexican City” My wife , myself and a good friend had the pleasure of staying in Casa Limon in Merida Mexico. Being there for two months gave us time to appreciate the lovely home, neighborhood and neighbors. The home is a short taxi or bus ride from the city center. There are two nice bedrooms in the home and all of the amenities necessary for a long stay. What we noticed immediately was the friendly neighborhood. There is a park nearby for a leisure stroll or playing baseball. At the end of the street is a family operated laundry with a friendly lady who smiles all of the time. For grocery shopping there are numerous large shopping centers several blocks away and for the true Mexican dining experience there are numerous family owner restaurants a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and there are city buses available every 20 minutes that operate until midnight. We enjoyed ourselves at the home immensely and will return at a future time. I would recommend this to anyone wishing a comfortable and pleasing experience in Merida.

About the Yucatan Peninsula
Yucatan possesses some amazing natural wonders such as its underwater reef wall and jewel-coloured marine life, together with its wildlife, bird and insect-filled rainforests and national parks. Then there are those gorgeous golden beaches.
The Mayan lifestyle and beliefs are celebrated more in this peninsula than any other part of Mexico, and in its capital Merida in particular. In fact, the Mayan language is still the mother tongue of many in Yucatan.

Get some history under your belt by visiting the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum and Chichen Itza. From pyramids to fortresses and truly stunning temples, there's enough to go exploring for days.
Soak up the peninsula's culture in its capital Merida where 60% of residents are of Mayan ethnicity, which is celebrated with great fanfare during the Day of the Dead festivities on November 1 and 2. Don't miss the modern sculpture in the Paseo de Montejo or a Yucatan Symphony Orchestra concert.
Dive and snorkel amongst the coral reefs on the island of Cozumel. Later, go walking in the rain forest or clubbing at one of the island's bars then get the ferry back to Cancún or Playa del Carmen the next morning.

The best time to head to Yucatan is between December and April when it's mostly warm and dry. July and August are often too humid, while September to November is the rainy season, with hurricanes.
Bus travel around the Peninsula is comfortable and reasonably priced. Most cities and towns have a main bus station with Class 1 buses. Class 2 buses aren't always air-conditioned and work out around 20 per cent cheaper.
