You may reserve this 3 bedroom & 4 baths with a travel insurance (extra fee) that will allow you to travel worry free. Every check in, will include a full sanitize service and a gift basket with hand antibacterial gel and face mask.

This beach style house for 6 people max, with a great location in the Yucatan Coast offers an exquisite quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy the beach, breezes, palm trees, stars, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The beach provides a unique, romantic setting for special moments or just for relaxing. There is a large terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. The main room is on the upper floor, and the other two bedrooms are located outside the house on the ground floor. “Beach Retreat”

A wonderful retreat just outside the town of Chicxulub. It is a modern house built in an architecture that is common on the Gulf coast of the Yucatan. Large windows on the first and upstairs second floor bedroom look out over a grove of palm trees and beyond to the beach. There is a small pool more for cooling down after a swim in the Gulf which is warm and has a sand bottom that is shallow. The mornings are great for a dip and long walks on the beach. The winds do kick up in the later afternoon, perfect to retreat to the pool and the sheltered patio under the palms. We did have an issue with a leaking kitchen sink but a plumber arrived the next morning and repaired the problem quickly. The caretaker Luis is always on hand to take care of services like garbage collection and water supply. The town of Chixulub is a short Uber ride away and has a small but adequate grocery store and vegetable stalls for fresh organic and local grown produce , restaurants for fresh fish and even an ice cream store. A major town Progreso is further down the coast and worth a day visit for purchasing local gifts and the best coconut shrimp ever. But if you like living in paradise we found the Beach House our favorite spot to relax and kick back. We spent a month and did not want to leave . We are going back. RK, Toronto,
