“Fantastic views!” My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3+ month (end of April through July) stay at Torre Lirios. For the first 2+ months we were in the bottom floor condo which matched its description and photos and had a great view of Banderas Bay. The kitchen is quite small but sufficiently equipped so that we could fix meals. The unit has a good washer and dryer which were essential for our long stay. We loved the pool and rarely saw anyone else there. The walk down the hill to the Malecon and restaurants was not bad. But we only made the walk up a few times at the start of our visit then the rest of the time opted for cabs which cost about $3 USD. Well worth it! Tony the property manager was terrific to work with, very responsive and spoke excellent English. We had some Internet issues early on which Tony took care of with the provider. During our stay the pool had to be closed for about 10 days for unexpected maintenance. To compensate, Tony and the condo owner offered us a deal on a 5th floor condo where we stayed for the last 3 weeks of our visit. Having more space including a full kitchen and king size bed was wonderful. What an amazing view from the condo’s large balcony! We spent a lot of time there having meals, reading, relaxing and watching activity on the bay including the pirate ship and nightly fireworks. Being up on the hill was so worth it to have such a marvelous view. We also enjoyed being away from the touristy area and feeling more part of the local community. Loved all the roosters crowing! Many thanks to our terrific property manager Tony and to the owner Sheryl for a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend these two condos and look forward to returning.

“Casa Lani - A beautiful little home away from home” Casa Lani is beautifully furnished, everything you need is there. We originally thought it might be noisy being right on the Malecon but were we wrong! Having the balcony to sit and watch the people go by is a big plus, there are some real characters out there! The view from the rooftop pool is gorgeous! Having a communal bbq on the roof is a bit plus as well. Since it's mainly an owner occupied building, it's very clean, no fear of using the bbq at all. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Being at the end of the Malecon we originally wondered how safe it would be but once settle we realized that we were probably as safe there as we were in our own home. Would we go back? In a heartbeat! I've already given the link to Casa Lani to quite a few people and they've been very impressed with what they see. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! We will definitely be going back!
