“FantasticCondo and Resort” What a fantastic rental unit. Everything was spotless and first class - not just the unit but everywhere in the resort. Beautiful furnishings and all the little conveniences that make it seem like your own home. The beach is beautiful with lots of lounges and umbrellas. Highly recommended

“Great Food! Perfect atmosphere for relaxing!” I have stayed at the Hacienda 3 times now. The first time was just my fiancé and I. We loved it so much we went back with his family. The 3rd time was with a wonderful group of friends. This place is magnificent. Each guest room is unique - one room has 3 story high ceilings!! It's so quiet and peaceful with great massages at the spa (the bamboo is my favorite) and the food is so good, we tried to recreate one of the dishes at home. It was tasty but did not live up. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret a visit to Hacienda Petac!

“Wonderful Winter Escape” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luna Encantada (condo E3). The moment we arrived we were blown away by the views from the condo and rooftop terrace. The condo is much more spacious than the pictures show. It was perfect for our party of 6. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch out on the patio overlooking the pool and beach. It was so nice to relax and have our own schedule (or no schedule!). Gabriel would set-up our beach chairs every morning for us and we'd spend the day relaxing at the beach and swimming in the pool and in the sea. In the evening we'd enjoy a stroll down 5th ave and dinner in one of the local restaurants. Everything is so close by! Even Walmart was only a 10 minute walk for our groceries for the condo. The management staff were very attentive and were always available for questions or help. Mariana helped us set-up an excursion to Tulum and Xel-Ha which we really enjoyed. Thanks to Tonya and Sally for helping us book the condo and providing us with so much information and tips on the area. It helped us enjoy our vacation so much more.

“Awesome!!! Our first family trip in Mexico, Playa Del Carmen” Wow! This was our best family trip ever! I have three small kids, 8, 6, 4 and was really nervous about taking them to Mexico and staying right on the oceanfront (my two younger kids don't swim and both have special needs). Tonya helped ease my nerves with all her knowledge and expertise from arranging a private van to meet us at the airport to where to eat or buy groceries if we decided to cook on the fabulous private roof top deck. The staff at Luna Encantada were all so helpful! Adin, a staff member there, made sure my kids had enough shade while building sand castles and even made them grasshoppers out of palm leaves. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. We never had to worry about sandy towels since the staff left us an endless supply. Not to mention, there is a washer and dryer if you were to ever run out. Security is 24 hours a day. We never felt unsafe in our condo. There was always someone to greet us at the gate after an excursion out. Everyone was so friendly and kid friendly! The view is amazing! The sound of the ocean waves in the evening lulled me to sleep every night. Beds are extremely comfortable, even the trundle beds. All in all, this was a trip we'll remember for years to come. My children are already planning the same trip for next year!

“Can't wait to go back!” Our stay at E1 was perfect and exceeded our expectations! We picked this unit because we were a couple of families with small children and it walks out to the pool. This was the best feature! It was great being able to watch the kids right from the patio or run in and out. The kids loved the wii and wifi that comes with the condo. Luna itself is luxurious and small (really hard to find!) We felt like we were very secluded and private but at the same time right in the mix of all of the action. During our stay we met so many wonderful guests and the staff were top notch. Alberto was always there for advice or to assist us with any concerns. Gabriel also took really good care of our needs as well and new everyone by name! This is what makes Luna stand apart in my opinion. It is really hard to get this type of personal service in a big resort. Tonya was also excellent at giving us lots of information about the area and answering all of my questions before the trip! “Excellent playa location.” Beachfront, waking distance to restaurants and shopping and great management that checks in with you daily and answers any questions or concerns. We rented for spring break in March and were impressed by the location of this condo and the views from the rooftop terrace. The condo has most everything you need. There are beachfront massages next door for $20 that my husband and I loved. Dishwasher did not work well and pillows were not comfortable. Owner may want to invest in some luxury linens, pillows and cozy comforters. Also, no outdoor grill. Noise was not an issue and condo complex is easily one of the nicest in playa.

“How to relax in 5 easy steps” 1. Rent this luxurious, peacefully quiet condo with breathtaking ocean views. 2. Sit on one of the lounges on your spacious deck and watch the whales frolicking in the sea for an hour. 3. Take a 2 minutes stroll down to the sparkling infinity pool, margarita in hand. 4. Ask your eager to please, always smiling concierge, Allilat, to arrange for a massage in your suite. 5.If you have the energy left over after all that, perhaps a private chef for the evening might cap off the day. Ahhh...life is hard!

“Great Time in Playa” The condo was great and working with allen made it even better. He offered some great advice and was very attentive to our needs and questions. Although the walking did us good if we go back we might look for something a little closer to the pedestrian area of 5th avenue. All in all a great vacation and a great rental experience thanks to North american Standards.

“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. I Welcomed in the New Year & said goodbye to 2013, could not have done this in a better location: would I visit again yes off course I would, if u are thinking of renting this condo stop thinking go for it

“Excellent holiday stay perfect staff” The owner and the staff are super nice and accommodating to any need. The property is spectacular view upkeep appliances and complicated but amazing tv and surround sound stereo in every room. Media room was amazing and can't beat the sunsets from this vantage point anywhere in the world. Perfect from start to finish.

“We had a fabulous time and so did our guests.” What a wonderful experience to enjoy being in such a lovely home right on the beach. Hearing the waves crashing at night right outside our doors was a thrill we don't have living in a large city. The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. We also really enjoyed having Chef Cezar come to the house to prepare meals. He came three times, as each new set of guests arrived, and it was wonderful to experience the local cuisine without me having to cook it! What a great vacation!

“Amazing holiday in Nuevo Vallarta” Our vacation to Nuevo Vallarta was everything we hoped and more! The Millers took the time to get us acquainted with the amenities and the features of the property and grounds before we left for vacation and were always available to answer questions prior to our departure. We found the condo to be perfect for our family. The giant deck and the separate rooms were fantastic. I could move in to the master bath:) We had everything that we needed. The most outstanding feature was the incredible service. The staff is welcoming, accommodating, and seem to genuinely care about your comfort and the quality of your stay. I felt comfortable to let my young teenage sons explore on their own up and down the beach and being able to use the facilities next door made it really fun for the family - we got free use of the paddle boards and boogie boards and got to partake in the Tuesday afternoon Sea Lion Show. While lounging on the beach one afternoon, we had the amazing experience of watching a sea turtle emerge from the ocean and lay eggs in the sand. My sons also got to assist in releasing baby turtles one night. La Estancia is quiet, comfortable, elegant and friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised on how reasonable our bill was on check out. The food was great and the prices were appropriate. I highly recommend the Miller's condo for an excellent family vacation if you are looking for relaxation and quality together time.

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“Great apartment near to the 5th Ave!!” I traveled with 3 friends and the apartment's location couldn't be better. Just half block away from Cocobongo (best party club in Playa), a block away from the 5th Ave and two and a half blocks away from the beach, what else could you ask for in Playa? The department is very comfortable with kitchen, a little dining table, living room with TV, a balcony with pool view, and even washing machine and dryer! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with really nice decoration. We had it all: beach towels, glasses, dishes, there were sodas and beers in the fridge when we arrived! =D We also had a private roof terrace with cold water jacuzzi and very nice space to hang out. The building has a shared pool for all the condos with a nice waterfall. Another plus is that you have a parking space which was very helpful since we rent a car. The attention from Ron & Crystal, owners of the apartment, was great from the moment of the reservation up to our return to Guadalajara. You can't ask for more for a perfect vacation! We will definitely come back to Casa Dorothea! Thanks Ron & Crystal!!

“Beautiful Views and Great accomodations” We try to stay here whenever we come to Cozumel. It is beautifully appointed and the views are to die for! The infinity pool is so amazing that you will love lounging around enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean or watching a beautiful sunset. The dive boats pick you up just step from your door. The rinse tank for your dive gear is close and there are lockers to store your gear in. It has a great kitchen but if you don't like to cook, you are close enough to town to walk to any restaurant.

“Fantastic! You must stay here!” We absolutely loved it here! The condo was amazing and so huge! Furnishings were really beautiful and up to date. The kitchen had all we could need and more. We loved eating breakfast on our balcony each morning and looking out on the incredible view. We so appreciated the little details...They left us a huge bottle of water, they gave us a Mexican cell phone with credit on it so that we could easily make our local calls. They had a print out with answers to all the questions we could ever think of. Penny, the caretaker, was so helpful and even helped my boyfriend plan a wonderful Valentine's experience for me (recommending a romantic restaurant and making a reservation for us) and had red roses waiting for me when we arrived at the condo. We loved staying on the Mogote away from the main drag. It was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The water taxis is a very quick, free trip to the main drag. The pool was sadly not heated during our stay, but we still loved laying by the pool during the day. Would love it if the kayaks had better paddles, but we were still able to use one to kayak around (my boyfriend just did most of the work, haha). This place is such a great deal, being less expensive than a lot of the hotels there and a thousand times more beautiful and bigger. A place like this anywhere else would be triple the cost. And I think we had the best view in the whole condo complex. I couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you, Chelle!!

“Fabulous place for a large group” We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in the Amara Penthouse. Four couples stayed for eight days and the space was great. We never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. The private terrace was amazing. The views were spectacular and the added space was perfect for coffee in the morning while we planned our day, or using the grill in the evening to cook the fish we bought at the fresh fish market in town. The location is wonderful – located in the center of everything it seemed. We didn’t have far to walk if we wanted to go into Amara and we could walk the beach in both directions. If you look at the pictures and think the penthouse is nice, wait until you actually arrive – the pictures don’t do it justice. We found the owners extremely helpful and easy to work with. They offered suggestions on things to do and answered every question we posed. We highly recommend this rental property and hope to one day be lucky enough to stay there again.

“Great Week!!” My Fiance and I stayed here a week before we met my family for my sisters wedding. It was such a nice change from the big resorts. The location is fantastic and the Condo is great. Plenty of room for 2 or 3 couples to say there and the beds are really comfortable. Great style and comfort in the condo. It is like having a home right in Playa! I would definitely recommend staying here versus paying a lot more for so much less at a big high rise resort. Close to La Cueva del Chango, our favorite restaurant in the city. Thanks, Eric

“Fabulous” We have visited many different cities in Mexico, but I have to say, our stay in La Paz was an outstanding one. The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated and all the necessities one would need. Lots of towels, dishes, beach towels, etc. Everyone there was friendly and more than willing to help if you needed it. Highly recommend it, but be aware there is no Satellite TV. That was the only draw back, but there is so much to see and do that it did not matter.

“Wow at the Baja Beach House” what a fabulous place. I woke every morning to an unforgettable sunrise. Walked on the beach, went shelling, sea kayaking. The rooms were great. Kitchen well designed if you want to cook. Also a great dining facility about 2 miles away. We had massages at the house. The pool and hot tub are great to sit and watch the moonrise. I can't wait to go again. I felt safe and relaxed.
