“Better than advertised” This home is how we would like ours to be, in any country or environment. When we weren't on the beach or in town or touring, our favourite spot was the magnificent large deck overlooking what all the world should look like. Very comfortable. Very spacious. Very clean ( and kept that way with a great housekeeper all week). The owners of this paradise treated us like we were long time friends, and I could see it would be easy to become such with them. Easy short walk to the beach. Could even walk to town, but usually took the lazy way out with a $50 peso cabride ( less than five dollars). The wonderful culture of Mexico and it's friendly people are fully exposed in this town. We were welcomed and pampered, and although we usually like to try different restaurants for every meal, we became regulars at Carmelitas. It is truly a quality Mexican restaurant owned by amazing people. Prices very cheap by our standards at home, but even modest by local comparisons. Stay at this palace if you like the best of everything.

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “An Amazing Place” This condo has it all. Spacious bedrooms and baths, professional kitchen and the pool, and grounds are fabulous. It's perfect distance from town and the beach and has a quiet, neighborly feel to it. I can say enough about how nice everone is down there too. Looking forward to my next trip to paradise.

“Paradise in Playacar” We stayed in this Playacar beach condo in early May and it was absolutely amazing! Clean, cool, cute and convenient. My daughter and another friend were with me - my daughter and I stayed in the queen bed and our friend took the comfortable pull-out sofa bed. It was great to have a fridge - we didn't use the hotplate but made several salad-type meals and had fruit and yogurt each morning - we were grateful to have dishes and the like available. The beach in front of the condo is the nicest in Playa and the sunbeds and umbrellas were wonderful. Food from the resort was surprisingly reasonable and really delicious. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks (10 or so minutes) each morning and to town each evening. My husband and I have traveled to Playa del Carmen each winter for the past 13 years - this condo is truly a gem and really excellent value. I'd recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Best Place in Sayulita” I have been coming to Sayulita for about 15 years now and have stayed at most of the vacation rentals and hands down this is the best place to rent. Big bedrooms are only dwarfed by the gigantic views this house has. The sunsets are spectacular if you can book this place do it. In addition Cory the owner is a great resource and is friendly helpful host.

“Best sunset Ever” A very confortable place and The service from The hosts was amazing, but the best part of all are te sunsets, if you are thinking about a very romantic and relaxing place to stay on your vacations in Cancún this place is the best choice. Have a very nice price for all that you can get: 2 minutes from the beach, amazing lake sunsets, close to the city and close to the nigthclubs and ir is also next to a golf club, Im sure you Will not regret!!!

“Luxury living!” We loved staying at this beautiful, private home for our recent scuba diving trip to Cozumel! We brought our two children and grandmaw along with my husband and I. This cozy home made our stay extra nice. The pastry vendors came by daily and it felt like we were part of the neighborhood. 3 bedrooms/3 bath, washer/dryer, scuba rinse area with a beautiful enclosed garden patio, very secure and safe with gate, two story home with a pool and a cozy backyard to play. The kids loved playing with the pool noodles daily and it turned into family splash time. The rooms were very comfortable King, queen and twin beds, a full kitchen for making big family breakfasts each morning and wifi/tv, all the amenities. “Wonderful!” My girlfriend and I spent 7 great days at Kathleen's condo and had a fantastic time. From the fresh shrimp and vegetable vendors that came by the front desk to the friendly staff that would help make your stay most enjoyable. It can be as laid back as you want or in a few minutes you can be in the Golden Zone. The sunsets are breathtaking and the ocean soothes you to sleep every night. “Condo was perfect, service was amazing! Great Location and close” This Condo was everything Tony promised and more! The beach club access was great. All the staff at the Condo were friendly, helpful and professional! The pool is huge. The property is very well maintained, as is the Condo. Tony provided us with many tips for dining and things to do and see! If we go back to Playacar with the family, or a few friends, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again :)
